Great Wall — Restaurant in Town/Village of Harrison

Been going here for 15 years. Dealt with owners being short and food being adequate for years. Tonight, I had enough. Called in food early to ensure that we would eat early and move on with the evening. Waited to pick up for over 20 minutes before any staff engaged me. Once I was called upon I was told their was no order placed under our name, address or phone number. A menu was thrown in my direction and I was told to order again, in a very rude tone. I drive home and called in and was told my order had been complete for over an hour and to come pick it up. I insisted they deliver at this point and didn’t see my order for another hour. Once delivered they realized they didn’t process my payment and continued to call and harass while I was eating dinner with my family. I Told them I would call with payment information once I finished my meal, before I had a chance, the owner rang the doorbell demanding payment. This place is a joke, learn how to run a food business. I will never give this business another penny...

We’ve been ordering from here for years. Generally the food is pretty good, but the service is ALWAYS super slow, but we’ve come to expect that. Yesterday we had the worst experience and will never order from them again. After over a half hour past our delivery window I called to check on our food. The man told me to check outside, but there was nothing there. He said he was going to call the driver and call me back. In the meantime, I walked to my neighbors house and there was my food. Sitting out in the cold, at the wrong house. When I called back, the man started yelling at me. Like screaming. Trying to blame me for their mistake. That is the complete opposite of customer service and I will never give them my business again. In addition, the food was average at best. And the eggrolls had barely...

I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such terrible customer service. I placed an order for takeout and when I got home a couple of the items were wrong. When I called the restaurant the man that answered the phone immediately started giving me an attitude and screaming at me once I told him why I was calling. He didn’t even let me speak and just finished the call with “I’m not talking to you anymore” and then hung up on me. I called back and again he screamed at me and hung up the phone. There are so many reviews on here about the terrible customer service. I guess I didn’t care before because I didn’t have a reason to complain before but I will never order from this restaurant again.
