Silver Lake Cafe & Grill — Restaurant in Town/Village of Harrison

I was so excited to find this cute little cafe when I moved to the area. The first time I came I had breakfast with my daughter and we loved it. I then called in for pick up the next time and they messed up my order. I understand things happen so I didn’t make a big deal. I can not tell you how many times I've returned my order because it wasn't correct. When they first opened, I was a fairly loyal customer. However, the service has become slower & worse in the last few years. Some of the girls taking at the register, taking orders, don't pay attention. Example, I asked for a sandwich with ham, cheese & mustard. After sitting for 10 minutes, I had to wiggle through a band of teenagers blocking the entire counter (loitering from what I could tell) just to find out there was no mustard. I called in an order for pick up and spoke with Erica, every time I tried to place my order she would speak over me and wouldn't let me finish as if she was trying to get me off the phone up to the point I had to call her out on it.
