New China 3 — Restaurant in Town/Village of Harrison

The customer service is absolutely horrible! I place an order yesterday which they got wrong. It was late and we were starving so we let it be. I ordered today and VERY politely stated “we ordered PFR WITH 6 chicken wings yesterday and we didn’t get the 6 so can you please make sure we get the 6 today” the person on the other end in a very rude and condescending tone said “what do you mean we never give 4”. So I once again repeated “ok …. But I’m telling you we didn’t get the 6 so please make sure we get the 6” she then said ummmhhmmm, as in no longer caring about the CUSTOMER. I continued to place my additional orders to where she just mmmhmmm me to death. When I asked for how long and the total she continued to give attitude and then hung up without confirming order. At this point I didn’t even feel comfortable with them making my food so I called back within 40 seconds. Let her know I just made a pick up order and wanted to cancel and once again she hung up one me. Honestly if you don’t like people or atleast apologizing for a mistake then get out of the food business. I have been trying to find a good Chinese take-out/restaurant for months. I have searched high and low which left me dissatisfied many times. A friend of mine suggested New China 3 and let me tell you I WAS NOT LET DOWN! This is hands down the best Chinese takeout I’ve had in a long time.

The woman who answered the phone was so kind and patient, her voice was soft and caring. She was even sweeter in person and gave me a reusable bag with their logo on it to carry my large order in.

When I got home, my food was fresh and HOT. Biting into my egg roll there was a crunch, the flavors of the food immaculate, my general toas even had a crisp to it and they had homemade chili oil!

I read comments saying it is pricy. I think it was appropriate not only for the quality, but for the portion as well! The small boneless spare ribs and lo mein were larger than expected! I will definitely be coming back here for now on and highly recommend this...
