Here's the thing, when I bring in a personal cup for you to make my drink in, don't make it in a plastic, one use cup then pour it in my cup! Why do you think I brought in my cup in the first place? This will always mean no tip. Please be thoughtful of the environment.
Just updating my review to only one star. The manager/shift manager always shorts me on my grande drink. I bring in a personal cup and he never fills it correctly. He says that my cup is oversized and he under fills it. Always short. I brought home the drink today and measured it in a measuring cup. Should be 16 ounces. It measured 12 ounces. Shame on you . He then placed all the ready food items behind the counter, refusing to call out names, as if I might steal them. Ironically, when I called out to ask about my missing egg bites, the ones he was guarding turned out to be mine.
I’ve already reported Tim to Starbucks corporate. It’s disappointing behavior, especially from a brand I’ve spent a lot...
