Szechuan Garden — Restaurant in Town/Village of Harrison

I never write reviews like this but feel compelled. My wife drove 30 min round trip to pickup the food and when we opened it at home, we noticed the veggie sesame chicken dish we ordered was actually real chicken. Frustrating, but mistakes happen. We called to resolve and when I asked for a refund, I was put on hold. 10 min later, still on hold, I hung up and called back. I was told the person I was speaking to was no longer in the room and had to explain the story again. This person was extremely rude and asked if I can bring the dish back before they can give me a refund. I said I could not, that I've already spent 30 min getting the food and another 15 at this point on hold with them about the issue. He asked if I could wrap it and bring it back tomorrow. My wife at that point took the phone and explained we just want our money back and that we can't go back tomorrow or tonight. This time, the manager we were speaking to put us on hold again, and once again never came back to the phone. I just hung up after giving up yet again. Horrible terrible service. I ordered from this place all the time until today. I made a $30 order and when it was delivered something was missing and was not on the receipt. So I called them to let them know and spoke to a woman who wouldn’t let me explain to her what the problem was left me on hold for close to ten minutes I called back and same problem. Finally I explained to her what the problem was and was told that they can not send me the meal because it doesn’t meet the minimum requirement for a delivery when it was supposed to be included in the first order. Then I was told that they don’t have that dish in a small when I ordered it from them all the time and was told they only have a large and a large would’ve been over the price for the minimum delivery. I live in Harrison and order food from here occasionally. Most of the items on the menu are ok, not terrible but ok. Today i went there for a bubble tea, but unlike before, the center of each and every of the "bubbles" was very hard( not cooked through) and it was very difficult to swallow them. I let the owner know, but all she did was popping the remaining bubbles in the cup into the microwave and handed me back the cup and the little container of bubbles. Even after the zapping, those bubbles were still rock hard in the center, not edible. I told the woman( owner) and all she could say(in het broken English) was " i taste 1 and was good"....i didn't even want to bother with making her refund me....i just left the drink on the...
