To start, I definitely recommend this place. Ice cream was great, no ice crystals or any weird textures or anything like that, prices were also great. Additionally, the younger girls at the front that assisted me and the family before me were absolutely wonderful, very very nice and helpful and definitely went the extra mile. However, after this experience I had today (my first time here) I will never be returning. I am allergic to nuts in any capacity, so before I go somewhere new it's very important that I ask about allergens before ordering something. Even if it doesn't explicitly say there's nuts in something, they can sometimes be in it. For example, some brands of animal crackers can contain almond extract, which I would obviously have to avoid. So before ordering, I asked if a few of the flavors I was considering had nuts in them, the brownie batter and the oatmeal cookie ones. Specifically I was worried about the brownies maybe having walnuts or the oatmeal containing almond. The family in front of us had an egg allergy and they were assisted, so I thought it was no big deal. The younger girl originally assisting us was about to check in the back for me, when this older woman (about 40 years old, a little bigger, black hair) came out and asked me about 3-4 iterations of if I could read the description on the customer side "because that's whats in it." I clarified that I wanted to make sure that it didn't contain nuts, to which she asked again if I read the description (obviously I did) before making these two girls manually pull out the tubs of ice cream to check. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and belittled, and I had never been treated this way at other establishments for simply asking about allergens. The family in front of me also wasn't treated this way, so it was completely out of left field. Needless to say I wouldn't go back based on that, but if you dont have any allergies to anything I definitely...

Great experience, good selection of flavors, nice back patio area with lights, good prices. Owners were very friendly. Will be back again when...
