Fiesta Bamba — Restaurant in Town of Arcade

We ate in the new Arcade NY restaurant. The food was absolutely fantastic and it had a very inviting and congenial atmosphere. Our waitress was very good except for one incident which sadly may keep me from going there again. My wife during ordering asked for a small margarita. The waitress asked if she wanted “lime juice”. Not knowing that “lime juice was the name of the drink, she smiled and said “yes, and Tequila as well, thinking that the lime juice was just an ingredient. She got the margarita and drank it believing it was the $6.50 drink on the menu. When we got the bill, she was charged the price of the drink and plus $12.50 for an additional shot of alcohol put into the drink. I complained to waitress because we did not know that the the basic “lime juice margarita already contained alcohol and that my wife was NOT asking for additional alcohol but was merely insuring that the basic drink had lime juice and alcohol. She apologized for the confusion but I believe that that extra charge should have been refunded to us because of the confusion. Way back when we taught waitresses that the customer is always right. Apparently that fundamental has gone out of existence, I beleive! Lesson learned… do not say the word Tequilla when asking for a margarita of you will pay an extra $12! Seriously though, it was a...

Not doing so hot at this location... First time i tried ordering was met with an endless ringing phone, second time(months later) called got someone ordered food was told couldn't do pick up past 830(they close at 9p called at 746) settled for 815 walked in food was not ready stood in dining room for at least 15 minutes.. got my order wife's order completely fine I ordered the same sub rice for side and my burrito is something entirely different... yall had to make the same burrito twice how does that equate to make this one exactly how they want it then let me freestyle the next... I didn't spend almost $22 on a burrito for it be inedible for me.. seemed like they were more concerned with closing and chatting up friends in the dining room rather than taking care of...

Excellent Mexican, real, fresh food. Clean and Well Maintained resturant.

Easy parking.

Get food to go, and have eaten there.

Only issues...Draft keeps malfunctioning. It's nice to have a cold one, when it's working.

Other issue. They do not offer Hamburger any more? Beef Tip is the only beef offered. It's Good but Chewy...

The last issue...to go orders are Placed in Metal dish. Cardboard cover. Not microwaveable.

I finally remembered to ask how to reheat...Over 350° for about 15 mins. Ask to be sure. Label the lid for heating.
