Country View Embroidery — Local services in Town of Arcade

Wonderful people, wonderful company. Even though I showed up at their door as they were closing - right at 3 pm on a Friday - they were still there and they let me come in and get a pioneer hoodie (I actually ended up buying two because I couldn’t choose, they have so many great designs!). I had looked all over town for one for my daughter to wear to the homecoming game and they had plenty in stock and were SO gracious and accommodating. The woman who was working opened the door and was fabulous and the owner came out and talked to me even though she is still recovering from a recent surgery. We talked about their company making sweatshirts, t-shirts, hats, etc… for my husbands company. Both were so nice and easy to talk to and I truly appreciated that they took the time to discuss their ink and how their process works. I took in 3 shirts for a fairly simple screen printing design. I dropped them off just before Christmas and was told it would be $5 per shirt. Although I said there was no hurry on these the woman told me they would be done by Christmas. Great! I was notified that they were ready a few days before Christmas but because of their limited hours I was unable to pick them up until after. When I did stop in, I was a bit thrown back at the price. I was charged $9 per shirt plus a $35 rush fee. When I looked at the shirts the design was not as expected. The logo was not completely cut out which made a key section of it look like a blob. When I complained about this the owner made excuses and actually blamed me. She offered me a $10 refund. After continued complaining she finally told me she would see what she could do to fix it.
