Burger King — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

I am 6 months pregnant and went here last night with my mom for a late craving we tried to order 2 meals and the woman at the drive through could not speak english and could not understand it either. After telling her 5 times that we only ordered 2 meals she still had put that we ordered 3 meals. We tried ordering strawberry milkshakes with our meals and she could not understand that we wanted strawberry milkshakes!! After finally getting to the window after 5 minutes she still had that we ordered 3 meals. The chicken sandwich i ordered was probably 4 hours old and the french fries were ice cold and disgusting. After walking up to the window to give them back my disgusting sandwich and telling then i would please like a fresh cooked chicken sandwich i was given a new one. Which again was probably one of the old chickens put back in the fryer and put on bread and given to me i was disgusted. By the time i got my sandwich my ice cold fries were even more ice cold and i was fed up. I threw both my fries and sandwich out into the parking lot and went home very unhappy. I will NEVER BE GOING BACK HERE and i will not recommend going here. My poor babygirl was probably disgusted what i was putting in my body i woke up this morning feeling nauseaus as ever!! I will be taking the extra 10 minutes to go to the burger king on montauk highway i always have gotten fresh food and enjoyed every meal ive ever gotten there.!! Stay away from the bk on deer park ave it...

The ASSISTANT MANAGER (didn’t catch her name) at this location on 10/17/24 at 1:47 everything was good up until we go to the window. We had two meals, she gave one barbecue sauce and one honey mustard. We simply asked for one more extra sauce after we paid. she decided to say that the sauce isn’t for fries that it’s for other things basically telling us what the sauce is for and refusing to give it to us. Basically trying to argue back n forth instead of just giving the sauce. So i looked at her and said are you seriously making it a big deal over extra sauce? are you kidding me? and we asked for one MORE of each one for TWO MEALS. she ended up giving it but the fact she gave us a hard time and decided to go back and forth over why she couldn’t give us the sauce is absolutely RIDICULOUS!! The food was delicious but her customer service...

Visit on 3/14/24, 8:30 pm. Total incompetence. THESE PEOPLE CANNOT MAKE A SIMPLE BURGER CORRECTLY!!!! 3rd time in a week that they made my order wrong and I had to drive back to get it fixed, waisting time, gas, ruining my appetite, making me aggravated. And they are not even apologetic! What am I supposed do, dissect my burger at the window before I get home to make sure they did their jobs correctly?? Burger king...cant make burgers to order. What a joke. I tried to be fair and give the benefit of the doubt, but after 3 mess-ups in one week they proved themselves to be totally incompetent at their simple jobs of making and serving a burger. Thanks for ruining my dinner again. Maybe this aggravation is good motivation to stop eating this garbage...
