Whoa. Kinda expensive for cookies.
Food: 3/5 - Some good cookies for sure. One cookie can sort of fill you up. It better for $4.50. The problem is you want to try a variety of them and that's out of the question with these prices. You can get a 6 pack (buy 5 get 1 free) but that's still a lot of money and you'll never finish them without them going stale or a group of people. Cutting them up and sharing them can be dicey since they get messy. The coffee offering is an afterthought. Good coffee would be a draw that would encourage me to return to have with the cookie. No digestion issues.
Service: 3/5 - We went during the grand opening, and they were not moving fast enough. They were taking their time with customers while the line stretched out really long. They should have cut up a bunch of cookies and offered them as samples.
Ambiance: 2/5 - Very limited seating. The restaurant is Un-inviting with harsh lighting and very limited seating.
Value: 1/5 - For the price of these cookies they could be better, and the restaurant could be more upscale to invite people to stay. These are high end coffee house prices without the added value.
Cleanliness: 5/5 - Very clean as it should be for a new place.
Parking: 2/5 - Parking in the front is a bad idea. Tiny lot with a very difficult situation on busy 231. Right at an intersection. There's a lot behind the place but many people won't know it's there and will try to park in front. They should have a sign.
Overall: 2/5 - This may be a nice option to pick up a six pack of cookies for a party, but it's inconvenient to get to. An uninspired establishment with sluggish service in exchange for some expensive pretty...

My daughter had a wonderful idea to start a blanket drive for the holidays to visit nursing homes in our community and hand out blankets to residents who have no one for the holidays that visit them.
As an additional idea my daughter thought maybe some local places could donate a sweet treat to bring to these people to make their holidays a little better. I had reached out to the store numerous times with the information and contact iinfo and never received a call even when the district manager was in store that day. Also emailed chip city customer service twice and wasn't even acknowledged. If they were unable to donate I can understand but a response would have been nice... some kind of response.
I find it absolutely bride and disrespectful. I figured it would have been good for business also to show the store helps out the community for a good heartfelt cause but I guess not.
I will really rethink my decision when I need a sweet treat in my life to go and visit this store. *still no response even to the review I will no longer give this company...
Read moreIt’s crazy how I’m looking at the reviews right now and all I see is nothing but wonderful experiences from other people which brings me to question how was that even possible considering that I came here at 10:25 walked in and not a single hello to neither my girlfriend or I walked up to what I assume was the variety of cookies because you know the employees don’t greet you or even bother to explain what’s going on so I ask them this all y’all got probably 2 or 3 varieties they nodded yes my girlfriend ask if they can order cause they quite literally brushed me off with their response and attitude and they told her no hardly any words were exchanged this is by far the worst first time impression of this place if I had to guess these 2 girls have to be new or something because I would never treat a customer like this considering that they chose...
