Taco Bell — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

Sorry if I butcher the name but I usually don’t do reviews but after a long night of sports I came to get Taco Bell. Waiting in line at the drive thru because the line was so long a young man Hasan was taking out the garbage. If it wasn’t for him I would have waited forever for my food. That’s not even the best part. I came inside and from garbage he washed his hands and became my cashier as I guess who ever was the manager at the time was dealing with a situation. In my eyes the customers should be handled first but wasn’t at that time. The young man Hasan went from taking out the garbage to cashier taking care of the few customers inside to coming back because my drink was made by the drive thru guy who put to much in the cup. So Hasan tried his best to clean it up for me before I left. I used to manage fast food in my past and honestly you don’t find customer service like that anymore. Not trying to bash the others on shift but give this kid a raise or a better position. He definitely proves he can do more than the others when it comes to mutitasking. 10 stars...

I eat taco bell multiple time's a week. I'm so annoyed of how little they put in the food (at this location). I get the same thing all the time. 5 Chipotle melts and a cinnamon delight not hard to put together you know cheese sauce and chicken why is it that so freaking hard! Well when I bit into all of them I tasted mostly the bread from the shell. When I look in it (all of them) there was less then 6 pieces of chicken (didn't even fill the shell across) sauce was fair and barely cheese shoot one of them didn't even have cheese! If I wanted to eat bread then I would have gone to the dollar tree for a loaf. This is stealing at this point! I never complain. I keep going even though this keeps happening! The last time I went I waited 15mins and then I walked inside (was on the side for drive thru) going hey I know this is fast food but 15mins is ridiculous and they go oh we forgot about you! I keep having a bad experience when I want a under $10 meal every 2 days why is this so hard!!!! Now I have to go back out and get food since there was no food in these...

I showed up with my friends and we all ordered at the same time. My friends got their food within 5 minutes, but mine never arrived. After an additional 10 minutes of waiting, I finally spoke up. They basically ignored me. I had to wait even longer until they finally asked what I ordered. It was a small order (a Chipotle chicken griller with extra chicken and a large Freeze). I waited 27 minutes in total for my food as my poor friends had to awkwardly wait, their food getting cold. When they finally gave my my food, they gave me absolutely none of the extra chicken I paid for, and a regular size Freeze, rather than a large. I brought it up, and they said that was just the way it was. So I waited almost a half hour, got scammed out of my order, and made all my friend's food cold by the time they ate it.
