Chicken Tonight/Nathans Famous — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

I finally had a chance to try this place. I usually go to the other one ( 50 Sunrise Hwy Lindenhurst, NY 11757 ) and I never had any issues out of the 4 years I lived in area. Well, this one ( 646b N Wellwood Ave, Lindenhurst, NY 11757) can do better if they actually tried. JOJO was cashier at the time. very polite & respectful. The business is very clean and spacious. My order ... I ordered 2 hot dogs with onions & mustard with side of fries. My hot dogs were not even warm, and did not have mustard.My fries were cold and Slightly soggy. I stopped by 7-Eleven to use microwave heat up the hot dogs and grab some mustard and tossed fries in trash. I didn't want to take chance and mess up my stomach. My lunch is only 30 minutes and and i waited 15 minutes...I will never get that time back. I hope this business actually makes a attempt to fix the issues especially the ones from all the reviews. Otherwise I don't see this place lasting to long. I will just go to the other chicken tonight instead. *to the owner... please don't offer me anything , I rather not unless it's a free drink. Just picked up 24 bbq wings in which half were full of feathers. I called up to let them know and was asked if I wanted them to make me another order. First of all how can you serve something like that -no apology nothing. Why would I want another order if you served me inedible wings to begin with. Do you think you are doing me a favor to have me go back and pick up edible wings that should of been served to me in the first place. It’s Snowing out and it’s Super Bowl Sunday. I’m totally turned off and would never ever order anything from them again. When I told the owner that I didn’t want another order because why would I, he says ok and hung up.
