I have a been a customer over 7 years. I went there yesterday and it was the boiling point for me. A customer in front of me order a slice of pepperoni and I have food allergies to pork products. I told the guy I was allergic to pepperoni and he told the manager. The manager helped me but after I sat at the table to wait for my take-out food to be packed. They were gossiping and looking at me. I guess they wanted to rush me to the hospital. On top that all when I paid with a credit card, the girl expected a tip and mumbles under her breath. I was going to put her in her place, but I made up my mind, I am never ever going there again. This is not the only reason, I had numerous bad experiences. I used to dine in with my boyfriend almost 3 times a week and we would order our food and eat in the front area. We would bring the seasons we liked to the table. One day we were dining in, the bus boy just comes around and takes one of the seasons without asking. He brings it in front of the counter. Like hello! I understand if a customer asked for the season, You can ask permission and take it. I am not going to take the season hostage. I was really angry so I complained to the manager. I have to tell everyone about the owner's wife, her attitude is something else. She is like a witch without the broom. I don't have to go there, I can go to Geno's Pizzeria, its closer...
Read moreHonestly not a fan of their pizza as is, but I ordered for a pick up because they were the only real pizza place around open that late. We showed up 9 minutes before closing which was 10:51pm, as we pulled in we saw them standing at the door and figured we were the last order of the night and they were ready to get out of there, we were surprised to find out that they were actually locking the doors BEFORE closing hours knowing there was an order still waiting for a pick up. As I walked up and tried to open them realizing they were locked I looked inside thinking maybe they didn’t want anyone else walking in. Fine.... No. They walked into the back room and shut the lights as I sat there knocking on the door and calling the store phone to get ring after ring. After a long day not being able to eat until that late, and then finding out at 11pm you now have nothing, to say I was disappointed is the nicest way I could put it. I wasn’t a fan and still gave them another shot cause anything was better then fast food. Well I went to McDonald’s. Will NEVER ORDER...
Read moreI have been a customer of Imperials for years. Sadly while the food is still outstanding the service is so bad we have decided to find another fave for weekly take out. The last 3 times we called in an order to pick up it was a nightmare getting the items we ordered. Whoever answers the phone at this restaurant(sounds like a young girl) is doing a terrible dis service to the eatery. The girl cannot 1 order correct three weeks in a row. It's so disappointing to drive over wait fir your food and then be told you did not order the dishes you requested. 3 weeks in a row. Goodbyethserbvice dothis service does
Just gave imperial another chance. Unfortunately we arrived to discover once again items we ordered were never prepared. And although the restaurant gave a refund the continued experience of not receiving what we ordered has convinced us to never go here again. Mario’s is now our fave and they prepare everything you order as well as having outstanding food, sorry imperial you did not do better just the same old...
