I have to say that I as well as my daughter and husband were quite disappointed in the food especially considering we spent $ 140 dollars. We all ordered the 6 oz filet mignon and lobster tail we each ordered different sides and my daughter ordered the Chocolate thunder from down under. Unfortunately all three filet mignon were quite dry and one had an excess amount of fat for a piece of meat that size. The lobster tails were severely overcooked and it tasted like they were frozen lobster tails that were heated in a microwave. I had the creamed spinach and Mac and cheese. The creamed spinach tasted really good but the Mac and cheese was dry and unseasoned. The best thing about the Mac and cheese was the noodles were not overcooked. My daughter had the Mac and cheese and loaded mashed potatoes. She too felt the Mac and cheese was dry and unseasoned. She did express that the loaded mashed potatoes were okay but. " Nothing to write home about". My husband had a salad and French fries. You can't do much wrong with a salad but the French fries looked like frozen ones. He hasn't ate yet but considering how high maintenance he is I am sure I am going to hear an earful on less than par food which I am totally in agreement it was. Finally my daughter's Chocolate thunder from down under had a delicious brownie and completely melted ice cream which Uber eats graciously compensated her by refunding some money. I only wish they could have compensated me for the entire disappointing meal less the few sides that were just okay. I am wondering if I had ordered this at the restaurant and dined there would it have been this horrific. I guess I will never know because after this I would never eat there again. Here we were my daughter and I trying to change things up and step out of our comfort zone. Shame on us we should have stuck with Red Lobster where we have never been...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Outback Steakhouse, and I must say that my experience was significantly enhanced by the exceptional service provided by Danielle. From the moment we walked in until we left, her attentiveness and professionalism stood out.
Danielle greeted us with a warm smile and promptly seated us at our table. She took the time to explain the menu options and made thoughtful recommendations based on our preferences. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she was able to answer all our questions with ease. Throughout our meal, she checked in regularly to ensure that everything was satisfactory without being intrusive.
What truly set Danielle apart was her attention to detail. She remembered our drink orders and ensured that our glasses were always full. When one of my companions had a dietary restriction, Danielle went above and beyond to accommodate their needs, suggesting modifications to dishes that would work for them. This level of service made us feel valued as customers.
In addition to her excellent service, Danielle maintained a positive attitude throughout our visit, which contributed greatly to the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. Her friendly demeanor made us feel welcome and comfortable. By the end of our meal, we felt like we had received not just good service but an experience worth returning for.
Overall, I highly recommend requesting Danielle if you find yourself at Outback Steakhouse. Her dedication to providing outstanding service is commendable and certainly enhances the...
Read moreGreat food in a good atmosphere, in a manner that is repeatable. Repeatable meaning, the food will always come out tasting pretty much the same everytime. So the difference is 1)the staff and 2) the facility. 1) Staff is great, I have never felt rushed and yet the servers are there whenever you want/need something, without hovering. 2) The facility, particularly the parking lot. This is where they lost a star. I am a handicapped person, in a wheelchair. The parking lot has changed. They had 2 or 3 handicapped spots in the front of the building and 4 or more handicapped parking spaces against the side of the building. It was those side of the building that have been taken away. That leaves only 2 handicapped space in the front of the building along with 2 "to go" spots. The relocated handicapped parking spaces are in the main parking lot. Even if you were lucky enough to get the first closest of those spots, you are required to the cross 2 way traffic lane (which seems much larger when you have 1 working limb),as well as the distance of a car length, approximately 12 feet or so, to get to the sidewalk. As opposed to half the distance of a head in parking spot that is right against the sidewalk, which is what it was. I would love to be able to give 5 stars, but as long as I am going to have difficulty just getting to the front...
