Foods of Italia — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

I ordered the Italian Hero #50.. got my order very fast. And it was made exactly as i asked.. very tasty Hero. BUT.. with 4 italian meats and provolone etc.. I didn't think it was even possible to make a sandwich so thin on meat with that many ingredients.. I actually took the meat from one half and put it together with the other half and that was delicious... I wish i took a picture..im sorry I didn't.. Now the quality was fresh and i only speak on the Italian Hero i ordered.. but folks if there was 1 slice less of meat.. it would have been a lettuce sandwich. I really hope they take another look at whats going out.. I had high hopes i found my new Hero spot... but the #50 fell super short here...I so want to give this place another chance with a different sandwich.. I wish i had a better report on my #50...

Coming here is like walking in and visiting family. We've been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. Pete is wonderful, kind, always welcoming and a great business owner. Anthony is so friendly and knows our orders by heart. This is the kind of treatment that you want! And the food - it is DELICIOUS! They make the best eggplant caponata there is. We eat it straight out of the container. The egg sandwiches have been our favorite for years - ham, egg & mozzarella and eggplant, egg & mozzarella. There is no where else like Foods of Italia. Incredibly delicious Italian hero that I had a craving for. I decided to check some Google reviews and this place looked promising from the pictures and also the reviews. The #50 was outstanding, I also decided to try some fresh mozzarella w/ oil and Sun dried tomatoes. The cheese was fresh and tender. I was extremely happy with this place and plan on running through their hero menu they have like 69 choices. Thank you Foods of Italia, your food was delicious.
