Deli Zone Gourmet Pizza & Catering — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

Today 7/21/22 I ordered a combo soup and hero from this Deli. While I was drinking my soup I put in my mouth a piece of a faucet pipe. I can assumed the metal being inside the soup was an unfortunate accident while prepping or not sure how that piece of metal was inside the pot. However this is totally unacceptable the lack of responsibility, safety and care, they don't check the food they are selling to the customers. The pipe or faucet tip is corroded inside and you can still see the gasket inside the tip. That was a horrible experience, not to mention the choking hazard.

I used to order from here to my job that is close by . My coworkers and I stopped ordering from here , something we noticed is the deli would have one price listed on door dash and then constantly call you to say there was a “ Upcharge “ for certain items like cream cheeses which are not listed on door dash . It’s a little deceiving . Their delivery driver has been super late , like 1 hour or 1/45 minutes late after order is placed ( we work in the same town ) so we just stopped ordering from here and choose another deli to order work lunches and...

I just need to shout out Deli Zone b/c I've been coming here a few years and I always enjoy it. Everything is priced well, and the food is solid. Nothing fancy, just hearty and filling. I'm obsessed with their healthy breakfast wraps. My favorite is the Energy breakfast wrap. Just bomb. I stop in for breakfast and lunch often and usually order breakfast wraps and sandwiches.
