Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

My husband literally just went there to get his pregnant wife some doughnuts and a hot chocolate.... one gentleman that worked there was extremely busy ignoring my husband while mopping and listening to music with his ear phones in. He clearly saw my husband and ignored him. The gentleman that was supposed to be at the drive thru window was seated at a table playing on his cellphone. When he finally acknowledged my husband, he finds out that Dunkin Doughnuts actually has NO DOUGHNUTS and will they will not make anymore. Well then, I’m ecstatic to see that people can actually get paid for doing absolutely nothing. Fortunately my husband went to another dunkin doughnuts in Lindenhurst on montauk Highway which was filled with fresh doughnuts and wonderful service! But thank you! This isn’t the first time I’ve had this obnoxious situation before. we got to the window and the lady was already giving an attitude. i asked if i could pay $20 cash and then 3 on card and i hand her the $20 cash when i go to pay with card she charges me $20 on the card which thankfully declined. she then asks another person how to do it and they both start giving me an attitude. They tell me to try again and my card declines again which i get is my fault but then the lady started laughing at my face and said no money so i told them to take off a drink so that it would equal just the $20. After they all argued for a bit they then said “we gave you this for free you have to take it next time make sure you have money.” I usually come to this dunkin because their workers are nice at night but in the morning i guess it’s different. I used to come here no problem. hs ppl would be there. I had not been there in about a yr or 2 until recently. Idk if there's new management, owner or what but it's disastrous. most def. not going back. The avocado toast barely had avocado. my cream cheese bagel was barely toasted and again, such a thin spread of cream cheese ! I threw out most of bagel bc it was so dry. I was in the mood for matcha. guess what. They had underfilled it. the photo is of me not having a sip. Wow.

Charge us less if you're going to give less, owner of this dnd. smh. basically charged me 5 bucks for a single dry old slice of bread. the whole thing combined was just disappointing
