Pizza Express — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

I order from pizza express at lease two times a week when I get home a little late and I can’t cook so I made it pizza day for me and the kids ..today I order a large pie and when I received the pie it was cold and burnt and it was a thin crust at that ..well I call them and explain how the pizza was and that I wAs a regular and this is not how I get my pies and all the girl over the phone said was our batch of dough came out that way today and all the pies are like that ..so I told her but I’m paying for a pie and u can’t wvem eat this and her reply is well that’s how the batch came out today it’s not her fault ..SMH well guess what I will never order agin from them so they just lost a customer and it’s sad I been ordering two times a week for a year ...guess next time you’ll let your customers know about the bad...

I called to get a price and see how many slices came in a small pie, ( Since it will only be my daughter and I tonight) I was rudely instructed that I could go on google, and then told Google was located on my phone, and all I had to do was type "Pizza Express" and then view the menu by some lady. ☹ Actually, I had already been on the website. I was calling to simply verify since many small businesses don't have time to update their websites. However, since she was so catty and condescending telling me, " You could do this on your phone, you know"...As if I was some annoying customer who was unaware everyone in America carry devices! I order from this place often and I’m very disappointed at my experience tonight. I ordered two pies that were extremely salty to where my family couldn’t even eat it. There are 8 people in my home and it’s frustrating to have to figure out what everyone has to eat in the same night at 9pm. I called the store and the store manager was automatically on defense talking over me. He said if I brung him the half eaten pizza he would refund me but I could not make it to the store tonight because of the time wasted finding something else to eat.
