Sleep Number — Hotel in Town of Babylon

I purchased my second sleep number bed and this time I went to the Copiague sleep number instead of Melville. Big mistake! I was sold a bed (of course they are not cheap) and was not told that because I was using the original base of my previous sleep number bed that I need to purchase 2 bars to stop the bed from sliding. I also was not informed that my old remote would not work and now I had to use my phone for controlling the sleep number but a remote to control the head/foot portion of the bed. No one was helpful at the Copiague branch, no one has called me back. I have left several messages for the manager Kim and I am still waiting for a return call a week later. I visited the Copiague location and was assisted by a salesman who appeared to be poorly trained and unfamiliar with the beds, pricing, and current promotions. Before leaving, he provided me with a quote for the bed I was interested in.

Two days later, on New Year's Eve, he called to finalize the sale. I was ready to complete the transaction until he informed me that the loyalty discount he had initially quoted was no longer valid, as it had expired the day before. I explained that I would only move forward with the purchase if he honored the original discount, but he insisted he was unable to do so.
