McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Bethlehem

The service is so great here I come almost everyday. Every employee treats me with high respect and shows interest on how my day is going. And every one always smiles it’s like a second home to me. It’s always amazing going through the doors of this McDonald’s it gives me a rush of happiness. Knowing whoever’s at the register will treat me with respect and the speed of service will be lightning fast. Because of the manager Manny

Manny- he runs McDonald’s like it’s a fancy restaurant he takes extreme pride and holds his workers to high standards everything is always clean. And he makes sure the food is served fast and he always smiles and is definitley suites to run any resteraunt his work ethic is excellent

Jacob- works very hard and keeps his composure when customers are being disrespectful and the workload is heavy. Jacob will ask how I’m doing he treats the customers with respect and is a great leader

Ricky- is a very hard worker he serves the food fast and will check in on me if he feels I’m down or sees me in a good mood he asks how I am doing if he sees I’m happy and takes genuine interest in my life

Terell- is constantly laughing and has a positive enrgy and works hard serving many people faster than most and if he needs to serve a lot of people he gets locked In and can not be distracted just like manny

Jamal- is always respectful to me and the other customers and has a unique sense of humor that has me ready to come back to McDonald’s every time

Maya- is very calm and works fast and stays up with her work she’s very welcoming and treats customers with respect

Miguel- is very funny and serves his food fast he has a positive outlook on life. He shows intrest is customers lives and makes them feel respected

Jesus- he’s a hard worker. Although he speaks a different language than me he always gives me high five when I see him

Daniel- he’s funny he works fast and is respectful to me and always compliment stuff I do good he respects the customers

Jason- respects the customers always has a comment that makes McDonalds feel like a great environment

The rest of the workers Are always respectful of me and work fast and put the customer first

In conclusion this McDonalds is like a second home to me where I feel accepted no where else in Bethlehem can you find that. they work so hard to make the customer happy. They always have a positive aditude and serve us fast and the managers manny and Jacob make sure that the team complies and they do their job. This McDonalds is acceptional and I will continue to come everyday as long as I live here this place should get an award and get honored they turned fast food to a safe heaven for the community at least it did that for me

Out of all the McDonald's I have ever been to this is the McDonald's I will always visit,it's fast food so anyone not familiar with fast food should be ready for non restaurant quality food, McDonald's has always been a in and out quickly type place. The best times to go are non prime hours as I have found that when Many people are there it gets rather hectic and the staff can (but not always!) Mess up the orders, they are always quick however to correct any mistakes! The weekday evening manager Manny is one of the best mangers at a McDonald's I have had the pleasure of meeting and almost recommend the place because of that alone always has a smile in his face and is full of energy, excellent control over the staff and runs a tight ship it seems. Place stays somewhat clean, as it seems they almost never have enough people on, but when they do it's always clean. Highly recommend McDonald's experience, and always remember treat the staff well and they will treat you even better, I once came late around 930 and was worried that nothing would be fresh but the worker I spoke to assured me everything would be fresh as it was late, when I received my order after being asked to pull forward out of the drive thru, I was given a extra fry and everything was nice and fresh, I was told that the by the staff giving me the food that he would have just thrown the fries out shortly afterwards anyway and was more then happy to give them to me as it was so late! I’m sorry I tried to be reasonable, but enough is enough! This location needs help. The store manager at this location needs to be replaced. The crew is friendly and they try even with the communication barrier. At least they have ambition to try to do their job correctly and please the customer. The store manager does not look professional in ANY manner, the way that she talks to the employees the way she talks to the customers is so disrespectful I am surprised there’s a crew working there unless they’re afraid to lose their job. Working in customer service and especially McDonald’s for 19 years. I am reaching out this way because the location needs help. Delmar is a good area and a good business to build a good customer relation and I feel since the last store manager (Marleny) left, the store has gone downhill immensely. The lack of ambition I see from the general manager, sitting there doing nothing yelling for food from the kitchen instead of going back and helping the kitchen for over three minutes it killed me. I want to jump behind the counter and help team! mind you I am bilingual, and I know exactly what she said to her employees and about customers, paying customers at that!! The only reason why I still visit McDonald’s is for my children. Very unprofessional I’m sorry I know that reviews and one 800 complaints hurt the company a lot but someone NEEDS to do something!
