This is going to be long because I am so furious. I have been ordering from here forever and usually a few times a month. They have gone downhill. They almost always mess up my order. In October around 5:30pm I had ordered $80 worth of food to be delivered, delivery time was 45 mins to an hour. By 7:15 pm I decided to call. They told me the delivery person was already back and they had dropped our food off a while ago. We didn’t have any food and 2 small children who were starving at that point. We paid over the phone so the receipt only needed to be signed. They argued with me that the food was dropped off. Well.. the owner finally said they would remake all the food and he would personally go with the delivery person to drop it off. 8pm our food finally arrives. Turns out they delivered it a few houses down the first time. All they would do was give us a $30 credit on my phone number. From then until now I have ordered there at least 6 times and it’s always messed up somehow. Tonight I placed an order and I wanted a calzone with 2 toppings. The kid told me they don’t do that. He said they would do a Stromboli and add ricotta. Doesn’t make sense to me. So, went and picked up the order. Came home and they forgot both sauces I paid for, no ricotta, and about 5 French fries in each order of chicken fingers and fries. It looked like they were someone’s leftovers they didn’t eat. When I called the “cook” answered and said he doesn’t make Stromboli’s with ricotta. He argued with me. Then the kid I placed the order with got on the phone and said he would give me a credit for the sauce and the ricotta cheese that was left out. Total of $4.00?!? Ridiculous. I said don’t you think you should credit the entire mistake that was made. He got nasty and huffed and puffed and told me fine there’s a credit on your number and your number only AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME!!! I was furious. I called back and got no where. The rude kid told me he wouldn’t tell me his name and I couldn’t talk to a manager. I will NEVER order from there ever again! And no one I know will order...
Read moreI just moved to this area in September, and ordered from here for pickup on October 4’th, my kids picked up the order and when they got home the order wasn’t right, I ordered a large buffalo chicken pizza, a large grandma’s pizza and an order of chicken tenders, there was a large cheese instead of the buffalo chicken pizza, I immediately called and spoke with a guy who said he would make a note that i would receive a large buffalo chicken pizza the next time I ordered, I kept my receipt and made a note and left it on my refrigerator, a few days later on the 9’th my kids tried placing another order and they told them that they didn’t know anything about the buffalo chicken pizza, so I called the next day after work because I was working an overnight shift and spoke with a woman who said she was a manager (Vitoria) she said she was going to look into it and talk with the people working that night but also said that she thought that I wasn’t charged for the buffalo chicken pizza,I explained that I was and that I had the receipt. No call back and it’s now the 20’th , apparently she doesn’t believe my situation to be truthful so I’m now disputing the charge with my credit card company. I can’t believe the poor customer service here, I understand mistakes are made and don’t expect anything more than what I was supposed to receive, all I was looking for is what I paid for and now I’ve had to go through all this hassle and still not have my order made right, and feel like I’m being made out to be a liar. I just want a refund now , not the pizza I was supposed to receive and will probably never order...
Read moreWent into this restaurant tonight around 815p ordered some food and it took 45mins to get 2 strombolis and wanted and an order of garlic knots and was told they didn't have any. The whole time we were there this lady who seemed like a manager was yelling at the workers to clean up. She didnt seem like she cared we were still waiting for our food. The crazy part was people that seemed like usual customers would come in would order dinners and multiple pies were in and out. Some even ordered knots and amazingly they had some available. This was mind boggling to me. As I was sitting there waiting I saw our food go into the oven 35 mins later. It seemed like they totally forgot about what we ordered and had a o s**t moment. The same lady who was yelling at the workers came up to us with a menu and basically told us we should've called cause they were busy. Bull*t. Be up front in the beginning how long it's going to take. We would've made a decision to stay or leave. Another kid then was like what kind of cheesecake u what. We declined since we don't eat that and all we wanted was our food. Finally our food came no garlic knots but garlic bread that was cold and we paid full price. No apology no discount nothing. This whole situation was messed up because they didnt care that there customers were dissatisfied and not happy. I guess you have to be usual customers to get some type of respect and satisfaction, we will not be going there again, I will definitely tell all my friends and I'm blasting them on...
