Kam Fung Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Blooming Grove

Usually this would be my go-to spot for crab Rangoon BUT… yesterday we placed an order and when repeated back to us, they had it right…after pickup, they had forgotten the Crab rangoon (approx. $5), which we noticed back at home. When I called to tell them & go-over the purchase (since they gave no receipt), a man working there completely lost his temper. He began to yell when I asked to review the cost of each item, seeing as we spent $50 and I was almost positive we had paid for the missing food. I told him we’d come back despite the inconvenient drive and he agreed. He proceeded to call me once more saying I was wrong & we hadn’t paid for it, claiming, “you must’ve forgotten to order it” and yelling again unprompted. I told him if we hadn’t paid for it, then we would when picking it up.

My biggest issue, LEARN HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS. Your inability to control your emotions and work with your customer, due to your employees mistake when taking an order, is unacceptable. Will not be coming back and your food is overrated. The shrimp kung po lacked flavor & sauce, you gave us cold crab Rangoon when we returned, as if out of spite, and you have terrible manners. I have a bone to pick with this place. I have been visiting this location For the last 12 years And have never really had any complaints Good food and good people. The last two times I have ordered pork ribs on the bone I have gotten nothing but skinny barely any meat on the bone ribs. Many visits before the bones were very meaty and delicious and considering how much they charge now for a large order it is not fair to diminish the quality of the serving. And to be honestly it almost looks like they were shaved off a little bit some of the meat the bone. I only hope they are not actually doing that in order to add more pork to...

Ordered take out. Didn’t know they didn’t do cash. Had to leave and go to an atm. Then checked my food in the car they forget all my sauces for my dumplings and Rangoons. The orange beef was so thick and like big balls. Not crispy at all. Couldn’t eat it. The rice was fine. Shrimp toast tasted so fishy and bad. Was so thick and burnt. Crab Rangoon were ok. Dumpling dough was so thick could barley eat. My stomach hurts so bad now. Would not order again. Waste of money...
