Subway — Restaurant in Town of Blooming Grove

While waiting for 20 minutes on the line of subways, my sisters (2) and I received 3 coupons from a customer who was gracious and provided coupons to myself and a customer in front of us. One of the coupons stated 3 foot long sandwiches for $17.99 per one sale. Once we arrived to the counter the man (Indian descendant) was nice and apologized for the wait, in which, I said no worries, we see that it's crowded no problem. Please take your time. I noticed he was flustered and asked my sisters to give me their orders to make it easier for him since the line was growing. We ordered 5 sandwiches. I gave my sister ONE coupon out of the 3, which stated 3 foot longs for $17.99 one use. As she proceeded to give the coupon, the man's disposition changed along with tone and attitude. He said, you can only use one coupon in a group. I then said I am sorry, I don't understand. My two sisters are paying separately, we are only using one coupon. He disrupts me and said one coupon per group and I don't have to even have to take any coupons. I said I don't understand, the coupon says one use only and we are only using it once. He then repeated angrily, I don't have to take anything. I turned to my sisters and stated, I don't want my sandwich (1 out of 5) you go ahead and purchase your sandwiches his disposition is rude. I left. My sisters was still standing about to pay and he then proceeded to state "That is how YOU PEOPLE ARE!." My sister said, what..YOU PEOPLE"? After his statement, they then proceeded to leave. I returned to subway to retrieve a photo of the place of establishment to report the incident of discriminatory statement of YOU PEOPLE to headquarters franchise department. As I approached subways to take picture, as I was advise by someone, he and a woman were outside smoking on the side of the establishment. I proceeded to take a picture of the outside. The lady asked me how can she help me, I stated I am retrieving the store information to make a complaint regarding customer service of the man next to you. She said in an elevated very agitated tone well you can talk to me, I am the owner. He then replied after her, I am the manager. I said okay great since you are the owner, I would like to share with you my experience today of your establishment. Today when my sisters were...she cut me off and stated you don't have to buy here. You can go buy from somewhere else. He interrupted her and said yeah buy somewhere else. I am not going to stand here and have you lecture me on my behavior. He then proceeded to come in my direction, my sister took a picture as he moved from his positioning walked towards me in a loud tone, you can go somewhere else. I then raised my voice and stated, she asked me what happened . I said asked did you even know what coupon I had? (Coupon said 3 footloose for 17.99, which means only one purchase was going to be made for the 3 sandwiches) He said, I told you one per group, I then stated I didn't understand your statement based on the coupon, which states one use. It's not everyday I do to subway and so I sent my daughter to pick up a couple a couple sandwiches after school while I was getting out of work to pick her up. I was on the phone with her deciding what we were all getting so I can send the $ to her account and all I hear is a lady screaming at her to get out while my kid is explaining she waiting for me to send payment she still screaming at her and called the cops on her!??? What?? I'm in total shock as to how this lady has a location by the time I got there she left. She was out of line screaming and threatening it's inexcusable if she was having a bad day she should of stood home I don't care who's business it is she had no right to speak to her that way. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!! Have been getting sandwiches from here for years and usually they have always been pretty good. TONIGHT was TERRIBLE. Arrived 5 minutes late to pick up 4 sandwiches and then had to wait 30 MINUTES because nothing was ready. The store was empty but still had to wait over 30 minutes for 4 sandwiches to be made. When we finally got the food there was no apology or thank you for waiting so long. Sandwiches were BURNT!!!!!!!!!!!! One sandwich was burnt and it was not even supposed to be toasted. ALL 4 sandwiches were VERY dry, even though everyone ordered oil and vinegar, and/or mayonnaise and/or mustard, an/or ranch dressing, etc. Many condiments were missing from ALL of the sandwiches.
