Average American Joe, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.... When you and your wife bring your 2 year old to a restaurant with a worldwide reputation the last thing you want to see is the cashier lighting up a "fatty-blunt" before you have to walk past her and the smoke to get into the restaurant.
Yep, should have turned and walked away right there.
We walked past her into an unclean mess of a restaurant. I'd give it a 2 out of 10. No one cared about dirty tables, a floor that was never mopped or general trash everywhere.
I remember my my mother telling my sister not to sit on the seat at the gas station toilet...you get the picture. We didn't have enough wipes to feel good about it, ate fast and ran. Luckily we keep hand sanitizer in the car.
What a terrible example of a restaurant standard. The food tasted ok but was very small on volume and big on price.
I would say avoid the dining and go to the carry out window, but that would be masking the big picture.
This one unfortunately is a big ZERO on the 1-10 scale. You couldn't be less proud of the Kentucky Fried Chicken name than this representation of a restaurant.
Skip it! Order gas station sushi! Get BBQ chicken feet from the homeless guy at the corner. This was a wash and highly disappointed with this. What a way to prove to a family that you should stay home and make your own.

Read moreWent through drive through, got home and they didn't put items from my order in my bag.. called to complain and spoke to the manager who refused to take accountability for the mistake saying "im not the one who forgot to put the item in the bag" what manager doesn't accept responsibility for their crew's mistake? I asked since I'd have to drive all the way back if she would throw in an extra mash potato for the inconvenience.. she refused. I have never had such poor customer service experience from a manager. They don't sell green beans anymore or any green vegetables besides coleslaw.. which is weird.. decided it wasn't worth the drive back and asked for a refund back to my credit card.. she refused... and I was told all that could be done is I could come back and get my mashed potatoes any time as long as I have my receipt accept they didn't give me one.. If she was the manager and how kfc picks their representatives... im not sure if they care about...

We went to grab a bucket of chicken to take home for dinner and noticed a special being advertised in the window. When we asked the girl taking the order what the special was she was less than helpful. If your order taker can't be bothered to answer simple questions, you need to get a new person to take orders instead. The person who actually readied the food and brought it to us was extremely pleasant and I noticed he had been watching the order taker so I suppose he was trying to make up for her failure. Received a survey with the receipt so I sent that in detailing our visit, what was good, what wasn't and the corporation never bothered to respond even though getting a response was an option.
