Clubhouse Fun Center — Attraction in Town of Henrietta

Just had my son's birthday party here. Last year was fantastic, this year was a complete opposite experience. Just about everyone is miserable and rude that works here (minus 1 employee). There was no order to the entire party. I was told to come down with the person in charge of the party to get the tickets and tokens for the guests but waited as she was taking other customers orders instead so 15-20 minutes were wasted there. Go Karts were great. Kids wanted to go on the bumper cars as well. One of the employees said they were short staffed and someone would be over in "5-7 minutes" to operate the ride (no worries, the entire world is short staffed, understandable). 15 or so minutes go by and no one is seen. We ask when they will be over and get told "about 20 minutes" now... So the kids went on the Go Karts again after wasting time in line. Our belongings were put into a locker at some point but no one decided to inform us that was happening. The people behind the prize redemption counter couldn't have been much more uninterested and rude. Routinely walked away from customers without a word so you could still be speaking to them and they're already gone. Was told that I could head to the counter to pick up the remainder of my cake. Stood there for another 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging that I even existed. Finally had to interrupt the woman that was working in the backroom (she was the only person who even smiled) to just hand me my cake that was sitting right in front of me. Again, this was the complete opposite experience as we had last year. This is what almost $500...

I visited the Clubhouse Fun Center as part of a rather large over-night group yesterday. Admittedly, I haven’t been by the Clubhouse Fun Center in many years so I was thrilled to see that it had gone some stunning recent renovations! The golf courses are well attended to and fun to play. The arcade game selection was diverse, fun, and easy to play with their card system! The fun center staff were a delight! Their service and hospitality through such late hours truly humbled me. Big kudos to the staff (Alyssa, Tasia or Paige P.) for making our group feel at home in their care at such late/odd hours and juggling our massive group with the tail-end of regular customers! Also shout out to Manager team (Morgan, Marsina, and Christina) for making this huge first-time event a fun success! The weather was a bit spotty with drizzle and humidity but I am looking forward to going back to try out the big go kart track and bumper cars… also possibly redeem myself at mini-golf on a future...

We came in a huge, unconventional cosplay group, and from the first phone call, Clubhouse was happy to answer questions and make accommodations. Policies about costumes were set in advance, limits for safety were set very clearly, and we had all the water, resting areas, and bag drop space we needed.

70+ people had a blast. Alyssa, Tasia and Paige were all attentive and hung out with us all night. They worked with our group's staff well, and hit us up if they had any questions on our end. Didn't get names for the go kart and bumper staff, but they were great too, ran "one last round" for us and let us use their PA for announcements when indoors was too loud. Private event pricing was a steal for how much fun people had. Pizza was great, too.
