Very unprofessional. They allow you to order tea in the app for pick up in 5 minutes and pay even if they are closed, temporarily closed or just off that day or closed for the day. They close whenever they feel like. This is the second time it happens... It's 7:50 pm on a Wednesday I went to get the order I paid for online and found a sign saying they are temporarily closed??No refunds, they expect you to come when they reopen and they do not refund. That is actually illegal... When you come to pick your order from two days ago they make you stay in line and re order after everyone else! SO disrespectful with the customer that they wronged in the first place. The girl who obviously didn't want to be there pointed to a sign with a phone number and said... "Feel free to call and complain, I don't care" Joy! Also the bobba is inconsistent... Sometimes is very hard others soft. Quite a few times they run out of bobba which wow! Isn't this called bobba tea? But if this isn't bad enough the girl who is the manager or something didn't take the charge off the lack of bobba which we paid more for online twice now. Taichi green tea down the road is so much more professional, reliable and consistent. Once they took a bit long with my order and I got a free tea... That is good customer service. Skip these guys and go to Taichi... Way more greatful for your business...
Read moreMy mom was buying milk tea. She the first one who came into the store and line up first, behind her there’s was several people waiting in line. My mom was waiting more than 45 minutes , the employees literally ignore my mom when my mom asked, they kept saying “5 more minutes your drink will come”
And making milk tea for the people who behind first. At the end the employee look at in sarcastic way before my mom got out of the shop, they not even say sorry, but they did return the money after making my mom waste 45 minutes. This was so inequitable since my mom the first one who get in line first and order drink, my mom only order one bubble milk tea. People behind her order more than 6 drinks.
This was a...
Read moreSince my husband and I visited Japan in May of last year, we have been on the hunt for local food tasty enough to fill the void. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Fun Tea has some of the best ramen in Rochester. The tonkotsu broth was much creamier than other broths we've found locally, and they also have the best soy eggs. Also, we split a taro slush tea (we got it half-sweet) with boba and oreo and it was fantastic! I've never seen crushed oreo as an option elsewhere and it was really tasty. We were personally thanked by the owner when we picked up our food, and it seems to be a family-owned business. It makes me feel good giving them my money as opposed to larger chain...
