This is a great hotpot experience. We paid $20 each for our individual hotpots, asked for the Spicy Soup Base but slightly less spicy and the waitress was super nice in bringing us a milder version, plus a bowl of spice paste on the side for us to add. Adding a bit more paste and some peanut/garlic/soy sauce from our sauce bowls made the broth even more delicious. We got beef and chicken to share (~$6 & $4), then everything else was free buffet-style: drinks, appetizers like kimchi, then the hotpot dumplings, tofu, rice cakes, noodles, shrimp, veggies, eggs, and a wide variety of sauces to mix. Plus ice cream! The only thing is the appetizer choices were quite limited and not the best. However, the hotpot ingredients were great. Some places make you choose a set of meats & veggies; it’s nice you can get whatever you want here. Great friendly service, and I think charging 15% for tip and charging anyone for food waste is a reasonable policy. We would’ve tipped anyway, and we don’t condone food waste. We agreed next time we’d split 2 Supreme Beefs instead of getting chicken, and it’s best to come hungry; you pay around $30 each if you fill up on the buffet stuff.

Has an all you can eat option but everyone at the table has to get it. Which is fine but you pay 20 dollars for the broth and some items from the bar. You pay alacarte for meat and seafood for your hot pot. There is a 10 dollar up charge to use the bbq table in the center and the bbq meat is alacarte as well so lots of up charges which was ok I splurged and got alot but the food and hot pot was delicious. The price should be a little more inclusive so maybe that will change. The only really bad part is you can't take your broth which you pay for in the beginning. Overall I would rate an 8.5. The waiter was pretty good but a better explanation would be better in the beginning. Definitely would eat there again!

So glad I ignored negative reviews and visited this restaurant on April 21st 2024. I had the chicken broth hot pot, and between me and my friend we ordered extra scallops, angus beef, chicken and sausages. For future visits we both agreed we don't feel there is a need for the extra items -- the stocked All-You-Can-Eat Hot Pot bar has plenty: dumplings, various seafood balls, several different tofu types, lots of different veggies, and more. And the sauce bar has loads of different sauces as it should. The food was delicious and I will definitely return -- maybe try the spicy broth next time!

I really wish there were an option to leave 0 stars! In all my 34 years of life, I have never been treated the way the staff at Yummy garden treated me. A week later and the interaction still replays in my head.

So to rewind,my sister, my 2 children(age 3&6), my niece(13) and myself went in for dinner. My sister asked for the Korean BBQ while I along with my niece wanted the hot pot. I also inquired if children selections were available (including pre-made dishes). We were told all parties seated at one table had to choose the same dining experience, and they cannot separate the hot pot and Korean BBQ and the kids would be $10. While it was confusing for us to understand we eventually decided all choosing the hot pot. Another waitress came over (unsure why the first left) and explained again yet she then said the kids would be the full cost. That’s when things became really confusing. I explained my daughter who was right next to me being a typical 3 year old watching Mickey Mouse was 3 and my son was 6. She stated there’s no way of knowing who’s eating what at the table. I offered to have my daughter sit at the exit row so they could watch her eat. I offered my daughter’s insurance card for proof of age. The waitress was very rude, ignorant and condescending stating “it’s best to just find somewhere else to eat”. We asked for a manager because….obviously, NO! She and another waitress spoke in their language in front of us(maybe 2 feet) then said he wasn’t there. I asked her why was she being so rude when I am being very respectful, in which she responded, “I am taught to be that way.” “My manager tells me to be like this”. As she was talking she had her arms crossed while smirking. At that point we knew, we wouldn’t be dining. We gathered our belongings and left. While leaving my sister asked for the name of the manager as she planned to call the next day. We were told her name was Amy which was odd being that the manager was being referred to as a “he” previously.

All in all, the staff did us a favor as we were able to discover the new establishment in Greece offering better service, quality AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! if you’re looking for good hot pot/Korean bbq experience, check out...

This is the first and last time I will ever be going to this business. Me and a group of our friends had gone here to celebrate their 21st birthday, we were a decent group of 10 people. When the table was ordering food, I was not very hungry but I was purchasing food for my fiancée who had ordered a seafood hot pot and squid and after she ordered it was my turn to where I simply told the waitress I was not hungry and I wasn't going to be ordering food. From here the waitress pointed at my fiancée and then raised 2 fingers telling me I need 2 me not fully understanding I came to believe that her meal came with 2 hot pots so i chose to grab the chicken hotpot (which i did not eat at all, something they clearly saw because they were watching us the entire time.) It didn't take too long before everyone's food came everyone enjoyed their food as I sat and enjoyed a water. During our meal the waitresses and other employees were staring at our table one of them went as far as to stand 2 feet away from the end of our table watching us eat making all of us extremely uncomfortable. At the end of our meal it came time to pay for our meal the waitress brought us all our check. This is when I found out that I was, in my feeling tricked in to purchasing 2 meals which ran my bill up to nearly 70 dollars. I was going to say something to the waitress but it was our friend's 21st birthday so I didn't wanna ruin the event with my anger about the price so I paid and left. I do not recommend this place to anyone for the sole purpose of; I believe this establishment was trying to run up our bill to be able to then enforce the 15% tip they add to the end of the bill which was over $8. In my opinion they did not deserve this tip and the need to be much more clear about their ordering process; as well to not force unwilling customers to order a meal they had said they were not eating. Horrible customer service as well, the waitress was extremely rude and yelled at our other table of guests as well and actually went as far to put her hands on a guest and take his utensils out of his hands for quote “making a mess.” This establishment is horrid and nobody should ever waste their time...

This review is due to unfair policy of the restaurant not all due to the service by our waiter. He was amazing and accommodating and truly tried to help.

This restaurant serves hotpot AND Chinese food. This would be amazing considering I like hotpot and my partner likes Chinese HOWEVER when we sat and both ordered our respective dinners we were told that my partner who ORDERED HIS OWN MEAL had to also pay $19.99 for hotpot that he WOULD NOT be eating. He ordered a broth even though we both expressed multiple times he wouldn't be eating it because my partner believed that at least I could take the extra home since once again I like hotpot and he does not. At the end of the meal when we asked to take the extra broth home we were told we would need to PAY AN ADDITIONAL $10 to take our own food that we paid for already home. At this point even after a lovely meal I was incredibly frustrated because both my partner and I ate and paid for our respective meals and didn't touch the extra broth we were told we HAD TO ORDER and simply wanted to take home to eat another time.

I understand policies such as this one are created at an all you can eat place due to some people coming in and ordering one serving and both eating it, which effectively is like one person eating for free. My issue with the policy here is that this restaurant isn't only hotpot! It offers other foods. If you offer other food and people order that other food, to tell them they still need to pay for hotpot when they never intended to eat it and there is confirmation (the waiter came by multiple times and saw he didn't eat) then why charge everyone at the table? On top of charging this extra fee, to add another fee to take home our food was just ridiculous.

I really want to like this place. I find it hard to want to return knowing that if we come back we will experience this ordeal again and need to pay for two people to eat hotpot plus pay for Chinese and I guess our leftovers. This was excessive and exploitative to me. Hope this policy gets reconsidered. If you offer multiple food options, you should offer multiple payment...
