EDIT: So, while I was away on vacation my boyfriends family had ordered from this restaurant (it’s his dads favorite which is why my review below was made because we couldn’t understand why the worker on the phone wasn’t very helpful in our situation when my boyfriends father always orders from them.) When they ordered while I was away, the owner of the restaurant came to deliver their food and offered a very sincere apology and stated he had spoke with the workers on that night in regards to what happened and after seeing my review. I honestly didn’t want to delete my review ONLY because if there are any customers with an allergy or any restrictions at all, I want them to make sure they triple check what they’re ordering; but I did take out a few sentences and decided to write an edit on top of the old review. Because the owner apologized and even came here on his own to deliver their meal shows me he is a very great person and cares about his business and his customers. Because of that I have changed my review (I do not want him to lose any business especially after being closed for so long due to the pandemic and because he can’t always control how his workers are - which I understand.) I would really like to thank the owner for understanding our frustrations, it’s very hard to eat out when you’re restricted and I truly appreciate him taking the time and speaking to my boyfriend and his family.
OLD REVIEW: I have never gone to a Chinese restaurant that puts meat in EVERYTHING they make. I have ordered spring rolls and hot and sour soup from plenty of restaurants and they never have meat just automatically made into it. Sweet and sour soup I have gotten from multiple restaurants only have tofu in it, this place has beef already made in the soup. So anyone with allergies BEWARE. Also, since when does vegetable spring rolls have shrimp and meat in them? Never. But hey, there's do. So again, allergies beware. We called stating I have an allergy and three of the workers who were talking while we were listening to the call clearly didn't care and all we were told was "next time tell us".. yes. Granted I should've told them but when I always order the same thing from every Chinese restaurant I didn't expect to get meat in theirs. They also weren't willing to refund nor were they willing to send us anything else to make up for the fact I just spent money on food I can't even eat and will now...
Read moreTerrible, terrible, terrible!!! RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! WRONG ORDER! I WAS SPECIFIC WITH MY DESCRIPTION, the man on the phone didn't even know the menu! When I asked if Shrimp walnut, had walnuts he said No.Then I asked was it fried? He said No. I wanted it Sautéed not fried. He said in light coconut sauce, not thick not fried no wallnuts.!!! Well he was completely wrong! It came with thick fried sautéed shrimp, with sugar coated walnuts, He said no wallnuts just brochelli. I said WHY does it say: "shrimp with wallnuts"? He said just brochelli. Well it was completely incorrect! It cost almost $15.00 . I called up spoke to manager I explained everything, he said no problem. He would make good for it. I'll called back next day. I called back next day. They transferred me several times. Did not make any sense just like when I originally placed the order. They did not make good for their mistake, I said this is bad busines! WE just received a new menu in our mailbox for new business and this is what you get!!! Absolutely Horrible people, no customer service or new customer relations!!! They said sorry can not do, after the manager Mikey said he would make good for it when I called back the next day. How can a new Chinese take out think they can make new business like this? I am going to go there tomorrow with my dish and throw it on the counter. It was discusting and so was their service!!! Do not order or go there! They will definitely go out of business if they keep treating new customers like they do! ...unfortunately... 👎 my husband liked their food. No more orders for us! STAY AWAY, who ever takes the orders, does not know the menu!!! Terrible experience!!! Thumbs down 👎 one hundred...
