Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I have been coming to this particular Dunkin’ Donuts for years. I don’t typically write reviews on companies, but the two gentleman that served me today were such a pleasure to deal with that i figured i’d have to leave a review for them. They were so helpful, polite and just genuinely caring for the customers it was incredible to see. I asked one of them if they were the manager i believe his name was Brian and he informed me he was not, but the way he was running the store made me think why wouldn’t this kid be one ? There was no other manager in the store for me to relay this to but nevertheless great experience great coffee and excellent workers behind the counter!! 5 Stars everyday of the week with these guys running the store. I am very disappointed not just with this place, but also with Dunkin's customer service.

I had ordered a few drinks that were all wrong. Normally I wouldn't complain if it was just a single drink, but this was multiple.

So I emailed Dunkin customer service about the issue and they respond fast. All goes well, and customer service says the franchisee will get back to me in a couple days. The franchisee NEVER gets back to me, and I email the same customer service rep about the issue.

He says to wait an additional 2 days for the franchisee to get back to me.

That never happens, and after emailing him again about never being contacted, the customer service rep doesn't contact me back.

I was very patient about all of this! My images will show that. All I wanted was a reimbursement. Is this what I get...

For the most part I usually have a great experience when visiting the Medford Dunkindonuts Baskin Robin's but ever since they Hired this little girl with blonde hair it has not been great. She is rude and has a piss poor attitude when serving customers. She seems to think that she has the rt to toss customers food at them and give them attitude. When she is there I don't go anymore. I go when she is not there because the rest of the staff has respect. Gives good service and are always polite. Someone like her should not work in food service if she doesn't know how to talk politely to...
