Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

The worst Dunkin' in existence. Went their midday for a free donut, told me I had to get a drink too which is fine sure no problem. I pay and wait to be served. Then when it's my time to pick the donut the server told me they only had 3 options available. My option (Boston cream) was not one of them, I asked for other creme filled donuts, she recommended something else. Not what I wanted but ok I compromised. She checks the donut tray and realized what she recommended was not even an option either! Had me choose from 3 other awful choices instead. What kind of Dunkin' only has 3 types of donuts available, especial on free donut day? Server was really rude and condescending, was not attentative or receptive to me at all. At the very least she shouldve told me they were low on donuts before she had me pay. She was really unprofessional. The other lady who made my coffee at least smiled and greeted me. There's not much room to sit, like a couple of tables and some chairs. No privacy either if you decide to dine, you're mingling with the customers who haven't ordered yet. I don't venture into Coram and now I know exactly why. If I chose any other Dunkin' establishment I wouldn't have had such an experience. Avoid this...

Ordered a $50 cake from this store via the website and paid in full. When I arrived a few days later to pick it up, they did not have my order, despite the manager insisting it must be somewhere because she made it. The 2 girls there looked for the cake up front, and then asked my husband to go look in the back room FOR THEM because they "can't stand the cold" and "can't lift the ice cream boxes in the freezer." He did, and was disgusted to see the unsafe and unsanitary conditions of the back room and storage freezer. My order was never found (they think they gave it to someone else) and I am now STILL fighting the franchise manager over 2 months later for a refund of my order that I did not recieve. Awful customer service. This place's manager is discourteous, unhelpful, harried, and hasn't learned the familiar old adage, "you don't make a sale, you make a customer." Seems to me you don't care how customers are treated at all, you just care about minimizing portion allotment sizes and rapidifying order completion times rotflmdao. This person failed to remember she is representing your company first, my friends, and I lost my appetite to spend my money at your establishment real quick because of her attitude.
