Oh my goodness! My fiancé and I can’t thank you guys enough for everything you did for my engagement ring! My fiancé bought a sapphire ring for me from another jeweler and when we took it here to get it potentially resized, we were told that unfortunately the diamonds and prongs on the band were damaged. I feel so terrible that I don’t know their names (believe husband and wife), were so gracious in helping us and going over ideas to change the setting and making the ring more tailored to be safer (not so top heavy), thicker band with new diamonds, all while keeping the original “look” of the ring etc. Even sent us pictures of the setting prior to doing the work, so we had a true idea of what the ring would look like. The entire time we were there they were so patient, enthusiastic, and helpful in the entire process. Not pushy whatsoever, actually took the time to listen and be so respectful with their input and advice. Never had such a wonderful experience in a jeweler store before.

When we went back to get the ring (took not a lot of time at all, perhaps 2 weeks?), it took my breath away. The stone my fiancé got me was stunning but what they did to the ring was incredible. I cannot believe such an amazing place of business was only down the road from us! We plan on coming back here for both of our wedding bands and for future jewelry needs. We have told all of our family and friends.

Lilliana and Richard sketched their proposed design and graciously made edits based on feedback from my mother and fiance. The final product of my pear shaped, platinum engagement ring with flanking baguettes and round side stones is beyond my wildest dreams. I recently went to Patchogue Jewelers to have some rings sized and repaired and to see if they could make me some new pieces from jewelry I no longer wear. I was nervous at first but Mr. Martinez put me immediately at ease by showing me how he would fix the broken pieces and by making suggestions for new ones. After looking over what I had brought in and asking me some questions Mr. Martinez made some drawings. Each piece was unique and beautiful. I felt no pressure to purchase all of them, I chose what I wanted. I am so very happy with all of my pieces but especially my emerald shape diamond engagement ring which he enhanced with diamonds from a cocktail ring that I had inherited. He kept me appraised of how the work was going by sending me computer generated pictures of what it would look like. I wish I knew how to post a picture here-I can’t stop looking at it and have received so many compliments.
