Tasty House — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I have used tasty house for quite some time. There's been times when our order has not been correct. We've given them many chances. Their phone service is horrendous. I believe they're using an internet phone. This weekend my call was dropped nine times during my order. They had difficulty understanding what I was asking for and ultimately made mistakes. My son had to go back and have them correct his order. Using his gas after I tipped a delivery driver. The owner apologized and claimed he wouldn't charge me for my order. That didn't happen. I also had my credit card information stolen after my order was placed. I believe they are using Google phone service and would explain the terrible connection and why my credit card information was stolen. I tried to contact the owner again. His manager thought it was best to call me a crazy lady. This was how he chose to handle this situation. I think most people would be very angry. We will not be...

The staff is friendly and polite and you can order by an app that's pretty much the only thing that I would recommend about this restaurant. The food that we received was bland and overcooked. The pork fried rice that I didn't even order had no flavor at all then maybe one piece of pork. My sesame chicken actually had great flavor however the chicken was overcooked tough and dry. They also made a mistake on my order which they are going to rectify by a refund. My wife's half a chicken was overcooked, very dry very bland and had to have been the smallest chicken ever born. Her chicken was about 95% breading 5% meat. While the restaurant seemed clean overall I will not be returning due to the quality...

I rarely evert reviews about places but I felt like it was the right thing to do. I am always looking for new places to try and I haven’t found a chinese place that I love! But a family member recommended Tasty house so I decided to give them a try. Long story short, my brother called in the wrong order. Instead of the combination trays he ordered the large party trays! I couldn’t believe why my total was $152! I felt SO bad but the guy who worked there was great. He refunded my card, fixed the mistake and even gave me an extra dish of the sesame chicken. The food was delicious too!! I will definitely make this my go to chinese please :) customer service goes...
