Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

New Review (7/31/24): So yesterday I go in right at opening (10:45am), because I had to work at Jones Beach until 9, and I knew I would have no food options. Got myself a simple rice/cheese/steak burrito. I didn't say until I was rung up that this would probably be my One Meal, but the lady made the biggest burrito I've ever ordered in my life.

Had some in the parking lot, because I wanted to have some fresh, but that thing lasted until I had to give up and throw it out at 3 because there was so much left. Yes, I had a cooler so the burrito stated good. I didn't eat for the rest of the day other than the burrito because I didn't need to. Forget seconds, I went back for fifths. Eighths. People were concerned about the size. The foil used to wrap it could be used to cover a whole table. It was glorious. If I didn't toss the rest, I'd probably have taken it home and had it for breakfast today. Whatever animal got ahold of it yesterday is probably set for life.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I’m really frustrated with this Chipotle location. I ordered a chicken bowl with various toppings on Uber Eats on November 5th at 1 PM, but I received just a bowl of white rice, chicken, and peppers...nothing else. To make matters worse, I got three random sodas that I didn’t order, and I found not one, but three hairs in my food: two mixed in with the rice and one stuck to the tape sealing the bag. I also ordered a side tortilla, and it was rolled into a ball and wrapped in tin foil....seriously!

I visit this location frequently, and I’ve noticed that the staff always has a negative attitude. One Latina employee always death stairs customers as if they are inconveniencing her. There also seem to be a lot of new hires, with no one ever there to support them. I once had a worker go back into my bowl to remove 1 tiny piece of chicken, claiming it was "over serving." Another time, I walked in to see the manager chatting with an employee while ignoring customers for a full minute until I finally had to say, "Hello."

I really hope things improve here because it’s disappointing to experience such inconsistency in service and food quality. Till then will happily drive to Lake Grove an...

I usually go to the selden location but after spending 12 hours in the emergency room I was in this area and decided to get dinner on my way home. I always order the same thing in selden and it is always excellent but this location?.....not so much. First of all, upon opening my chicken bowl i found that it had been slopped with about a bucket of queso, which half ended up all over my new shirt. Then i noticed the 2 pounds of shredded cheese on top. As i started digging thru the mess to find the rice, there was hardly any in there. My first bite of chicken had something really hard in it that i almost broke a tooth on, but.....i decided, since i was starving, that i would soldier on and eat another piece....big mistake, another hard piece. I was grossed out at this point plus my mouth was on fire from whatever the hell they put on it (it's never been THAT spicy at the other location). So now I try to call and speak to a manager and I get a robot asking me what I want to order. I say I wanna speak to a manager and she says the staff doesn't take phone calls. I am hungry and pissed off and my mouth is still on fire. I want my $22 back. I will never be eating at this...
