Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

First I’m a fan and supporter CFA but this specific CFA needs better management and improvement in many ways. I’ve lived in FL and travel to other states where the food is always delicious and fresh. Recently moved here to Suffolk and I’m so disappointed in the way this CFA runs their business. The chicken sandwiches are often over fried and extremely salty. They don’t sell spicy grilled either and the one for the salad always have a bad old chicken taste. They will never comp you for their mistakes Or complaints! All they will say is “im sorry”… literally no point in calling to complain. I’ve sat at curbside several times waiting for over 15mins for online food orders which I would have to call to have them bring my food out. The workers are apologetic but that’s it. They forget your condiments often. Last night I ordered a grilled smokehouse sandwich I got instead a chick fil A smokehouse. It’s so annoying that the get so many orders wrong that I didn’t bother calling to complain. I lived in FL for years and one mistake they will give you another free sandwich or salad or shake etc. They make so many errors they don’t do that here. They do great business because this is the only CFA close by but frankly management should read negative comments and do better! I’ll still support their business because they’re a strong Christian run business but this NY CFA is a disappointment to...

I love Chic-Fil-A food and come all of the time, I am dealing with my own line of work as a Door-Dasher and I understand that everyone is stressed due to COVID-19. The order came through the Door-Dash, I accept. I go there, the regular door says to go to the side door for deliveries, went to the side door, opened it and one of the female coworkers with light blonde hair, brown roots ;) unprofessionally tells me it's closed. 1. The door WAS open. 2. I saw a lot of bagged orders on the table which they do. 3. I thought employees of your business are supposed to be nice and professional? She told me they're closed and she wasn't taking any more orders, I said I was a door dasher. She said we're not taking anymore. I said I have an order waiting... she rudely responds with "legally you're not even supposed to be here" as I was hanging out of the DOOR 6+ feet away. I would just appreciate kindness and would not like to be yelled at by your employees. The manager (or someone more professional and communicative) finally came to say it was a misunderstand due to their closing early and DD not recognizing. Again, I'll continue to be a customer because YUM but just because I'm a door dasher doesn't mean you shouldn't treat me with the same respect you would expect! I am also working!...

Super nice postive atmosphere. Nice to workers actually looking like they are treated right and happy. Reflected in the whole mood of the store . It was our first time to the place order system was designed to be fast . Food has flavor and actually feels like your eating real food ...not like some other fast food places . So you actually are full after you eat. Yes they due use peanut oil for those with allergy to peanuts be aware. They cook stuff right so it's not greasy, nor that greasy side effects alot of us get after such food. Mac and cheese was super good. I don't eat much mac and cheese but it really had a home made quality . Waffle fries not sure if made there but are real potatoes as skins are on the fries here again real food folks. Nice to have a choice of beverages with meal purchase not just soda..I git sweat tea. Which was pretty good. Bathroom for a change had two stall in it !! No one stall and wait to go. People were constantly in motion keep the place clean or filling orders ! You can order online and get delivery. We will go back to try more things. All in all real food , reasonable price be aware it is extremely busy place at times . The pull in to the parking lot is abit tricky as it's a fast pull tight pull in. An parking is a bit busy at times. Well...
