Our wedding was on Sunday, May 25, 2025 and The Meadow Club was Phenomenal and exceeded our expectations in every single way! Their attention to detail, the personalization they put into every step of the process is seen and felt by all. The food was incredible! There was more food at our wedding than I have ever seen at any venue we have attended. Our guests were astonished by the quality, presentation and amount of food. The wait staff came around at cocktail hour to every table making sure every guest had multiple opportunities to try everything. The sushi, oysters and shrimp were outstanding! The venue has a magical way of making everything flow so beautifully! The cocktails were divine! Signature cocktails walked around on trays waiting for our guests the second our ceremony ended. The venue is a one event at a time so they can solely focus every bit of attention to their bride and groom and their guests. The special “extras” they offer are incredibly fair priced and take the events over the top!! Such as gelato cones passed around on artist pallets while guests dance to cool guests down! Creatively designed exit stations, hot pretzels with mustard and cheese sauce with sweet tea and lemonade had every guest beaming as they left. The donut display is unlike anything I have ever seen!! The venue is immaculate, beautifully decorated, easily accessible for handicap guests, they make it so easy. The outdoor gardens are whimsical and adorned with the most beautiful flowers. There are endless areas to take the most exquisite photos. Now to talk about the staff. By far the BEST customer service there is! You are treated like royalty and made to feel like they are part of your family in the very best of ways. From the moment we booked Robert Jay was OUTSTANDING!! He never rushed us, answered all questions and went above and beyond and delivered!! We adored him! The most incredible part is Angela my bridal attendant. She is the best part of a brides day!! Every bride needs an Angela in their lives. She took care of me and my hubby and we hurt for nothing! She was present, attentive, kind, loyal, makes you feel calm and her smile warmed everyones heart. My entire family loved her!!! The Meadow Club takes pride in every event but when it comes to a wedding they are THE BEST!!! Book them. Where do I even begin? The Meadow Club gave me the wedding of my dreams—and then some. From the very first phone call to the last dance of the night, everything was handled with such professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. I am beyond grateful for every single person who made our special day so magical.

A massive thank you to Robert, who has truly been our rock throughout this entire planning process. From the very beginning, Robert was there to guide us, answer every question, calm every nervous thought, and make sure every detail—big and small—was absolutely perfect. His attention to detail, patience, and ability to manage everything seamlessly made the entire experience so enjoyable and stress-free for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us bring our vision to life.

To my bridal attendant, Angela—she was truly heaven-sent. I cannot thank her enough for the way you took care of me on the day of the wedding. She anticipated my needs before I even voiced them, made sure I was comfortable and calm, and handled every moment with so much grace and kindness. I was able to be fully present and enjoy every second of my big day because of HER. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I went there for New Year's Eve. I had a group of 13, at a price of $110 a person, that's $1,430 under my name. When we arrived we were told our table had guests already sitting there due to a complaint from their party of 8. So we didn't have a table set up for us. They had to roll a table from a different room during the event while others were at their tables already for us that only fit 8 people comfortably. They tried to squeeze 10 of us at it in the meantime while we waited for our last 3 guests. We told them we weren't going to have 13 people squeezed at this table.. During this time, tables were already getting appetizers and their shrimp cocktails that was included in the $110. After about 40 minutes of nonsense, they told the group at our Original table they had to move. We switched tables yet again and were able to be seated at the table for 13. We were told we would get a whole new table setting (new cups, plates, utensils).. Never happened until after 20 minutes of being at this table with used dishes and forks.. During this time they were already handing out salads that half the table ate with their fingers and the others didn't eat. After complaining multiple times we finally got new dishes and utensils, etc. FINALLY after all that we were settled in. We NEVER got our table appetizers or shrimp cocktails until after complaining yet again that we paid a set price that included this this and that. If it wasn't for their catering staff that was so concerned and who actually felt sorry for us we wouldn't of gotten what we deserved. Only positive thing was their waiters... Yes after all the complaints they finally did what they needed to do to for us but in the end if I'm paying a set price for an event, I'm expecting a table reserved for my party, seats, unused utensils and dishes and all courses of the dinner included in that price by the time of arrival, not 45 mins after the event has...
