Victoria's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Moved to the area about a month ago and started ordering from here because of the great reviews..We have been ordering once a week spending between forty and eighty dollars each week sometimes we order 2 times a week...Never had a problem the food is excellent and delivery is fast...Until tonight we order 2 pies 1 pie had a large blonde hair on it. My husband called to complain to the owner who asked to see it she sent the delivery guy back who then said oh yes that's a hair my husband said do u want to take it back he said no I will just tell them. 15 min later the owner called us back nasty asking why we didnt give the pie back first of all there was 7 of us here everyone had taken a slice until my son noticed the hair my husband offered to give it back we will def not eat it. She argued with my husband over a 16 dollar credit and now said she will reduce it to 8 because we didn't give the pie back...She stated people do this all the time to get free food...we dont want free food we ask to replace the pie and she declined...They can have the 8 dollar credit and there pie back they lost not only one customer but 2 because I introduced my sister to this place also who spends a pretty penny there once a week....The owner is rude and nasty and does not know how to talk to customers....I'll find another place to order from....BTW if people complain about hair in the food all the time MB u should...

I Ordered A Spaghetti & Meatballs Dish To Be Delivered Told Us half an hour to 45 minutes for delivery came on time was hot came wait to meatballs, it Was appetizing at all, It had a weird taste never had in meatballs before and I've had a lot of meatballs my wife and I couldn't eat them didn't like them at all my wife said it tasted strange which I agree can you point it what tastes like definitely didn't taste like Italian meatball the source what's horrible no seasoning or anyting didn't taste like source that was being cooked for hours in the kitchen it tastes hot ketchup or they just opened up a can of tomato sauce imported over everything definite $18 in change for the food and delivered plus the tip we wind up throwing it out we have had jar sauce to taste better will not be going back there ever again frozen meatballs at better taste you work hard for your money you should be able to get something that's delicious edible they gave us garlic knots with the meal it just tastes like baked do no garlic taste at all should have read the...

Awful...ordered from Grub Hub, requested a 5pm delivery. The food was made too early - it was an accident, an employee did call me and explained they only received notification that the order was placed for 2 hours later 15 minutes after the list was received. He wasn't happy that I didn't want it delivered then - and said he would remake the chicken & french fries in the order. I was kind of worried because he wasn't happy I wouldn't change delivery time. And I was right - the pizza was warm & tastes pretty good. My kids liked the chicken tenders and fries and my husband said the calzone was pretty good. However the mozzarella sticks were awful - no flavor to either the cheese or the breaded coating. The chicken florentine was not chicken Florentine, honestly i'm not sure what it was. It was under cooked, it and the penne was swimming in a vat of slime which tasted like a combo of cooking oil & cheap canned brown gravy, the cheese covering the frozen spinach was flavorless as well. Definitely not a restaurant I will ever...
