Victorious Pizzeria & Ristorante — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Placed order on line. After 45 minutes of not updates and no pizza called to see what was going on. I was told they skipped over our order and that they would make it and send it out right away. After another hour still no pizza. Placed another call only to be informed that we should give it another few minutes. Finally after 2 hours and 20 minutes the pizza finally showed up. When I was handed the box the bottom was hot but the top of the pizza was cold like it was sitting on top of the oven. Sent pizza back with delivery person. Who couldn’t understand why I didn’t want to eat cold pizza. It was put in a special box to keep it hot. Aka the delivery bag. First time trying this place out. It’s safe to say never again. I will never be going back to this place since it's been under new ownership it has been horrible. Last time I went there went inside placed an order for a cheese pie there was no other customers they tell me 15 mins I went back to my car waited went back in and they forgot to make it. Then I just ordered for a delivery they tell me 40 mins it took over an hour to then get cheese knots instead of garlic bread with cheese. Then I called as soon as they left the guy told me he would come back waited 20 mins to get a phone call from the driver to tell me he is not coming back with a huge additude about it. Sunday my fiance and I went to Sam's Club for the first time (big thumbs up for that place if you're wondering) and stopped at a pizzeria on the way. Never heard of it, I don't remember seeing it reviewed here. Victorious Pizza in Medford- they had a lunch special posted, 2 slices + 16oz soda for $8.95. We asked what slices were included and the guy said any. We got 2 grandma type and 2 Sicilian with pepperoni on top. They had these garlic knot type things with cheese inside...holy moly.
