James Blair has a pot o'gold here. It's a great place for friends and family to get together for drinks and /or food. There's a larger area for parties and a small outdoor yard setting outside. He donates to the community, and does business with the local businesses as much as possible. They have their daily lunch specials as well as weekly specials for certain nights. Cans and clams, prime rib sandwich or dinner on Friday's is just one. And bands every once in awhile. It's an older bar, so if your looking for crystal and brass, this is not it. But if you're looking for a place to go to enjoy the laid back ambiance of an Irish pub, try this place out. Nice selection of beers (bottled and tap) and liquor. Good food. Standard bar fare with homemade dishes as well. Reasonably priced. Parking up front is limited but close by parking areas are readily available all round....

Read moreStopped in for lunch while riding the Erie canal trail, the menu was limited because it was a Holiday, but the food was good. I would like to try some of their regular menu if I get the chance to go there again.
If you are riding the trail this is a good place to stop as the trail is right next to their store front, and there are places to lock your bike up. The waitress was very Friendly and brought us lots of water to refill our bottles and packs.
The only downside that stuck out was that its a cash only establishment, but they do have an ATM onsite, but if you would like to avoid fee's...
