Sal's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Carmel

We are a fairly large business in the area and order from Sals weekly. ($100+/week) Over the last few weeks the customer service here has been horrendous! We place the order in advance and several times it's been over 45 minutes late. We have a few food allergies and they are continuously disregarded after we order certain dishes. The orders are never replaced or refunded. There's never an apology. The worst is the delivery boy. The attitude he has is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. When made aware that there was an allergen in one of the dishes, he gave a horribly rude response and left. When the manager was spoken to about the on going rudeness, he was so unsympathetic that we paid for a dish that would make someone sick! He promised that the delivery boy would be reprimanded, but I won't hold my breath. Sal's just lost...

Only thing decent is the pizza, the rest is deplorable reactive personal. You call they give you attitude. The young guys were talking as if I could not hear them on the phone the girl just laughed at my expense. The young guys in the back are not nice I grew up in Carmel my whole life it’s sad to see this place go down the drain to a bunch of kids with no ethic. It’s better to go to the pizza place off exit 19 or anywhere else. I wish I could post the dish I was given online, the other post with 1 star and I totally agree. The food portions are tiny and could only feed a child they are better off using small containers so you do not have to see the bottom of your container when...

The review from Christine Stone is dead wrong. Unfortunately I was a witness to her “Karen” showing while my family and I were simply trying to enjoy our delicious meal from Sal’s that NEVER lets us down. I am an advocate for good businesses. Sal’s never disappoints and if something is accidentally messed up they will replace it immediately or offer a credit in the future. I have been a customer for 20+ years. Of course they will not accommodate disrespectful customers that yell at the young counter workers, that is the only reason I can see this business not replacing or crediting...
