We are a fairly large business in the area and order from Sals weekly. ($100+/week) Over the last few weeks the customer service here has been horrendous! We place the order in advance and several times it's been over 45 minutes late. We have a few food allergies and they are continuously disregarded after we order certain dishes. The orders are never replaced or refunded. There's never an apology. The worst is the delivery boy. The attitude he has is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. When made aware that there was an allergen in one of the dishes, he gave a horribly rude response and left. When the manager was spoken to about the on going rudeness, he was so unsympathetic that we paid for a dish that would make someone sick! Unfortunately I was a witness to her āKarenā showing while my family and I were simply trying to enjoy our delicious meal from Salās that NEVER lets us down. I am an advocate for good businesses. Salās never disappoints and if something is accidentally messed up they will replace it immediately or offer a credit in the future. I have been a customer for 20+ years.
