Absolutely horrible. I went through the drive thru (I had a toddler in a car seat and a dog in the back) which was very long. Then had to wait about 10 minutes in line. I then pay, am not given a receipt and am told to pull around to the front because my order isn’t ready. I’m now the 5th car in line waiting on orders that aren’t ready. Not a single employee came outside to deliver orders for the 15 minutes that I sat there. Finally one car got out of line and went inside. He came back out with his food. This started a trend so the rest of us went in. I drag my toddler out of the car to go stand inside for what feels like 5 hours. We can all see that there are about 10 bags lined up waiting to be filled. By what? Who knows. The employees in the back are singing and dancing around not even caring about the swarm of angry customers who just came in. One family decided just to leave even though they already paid and told customers coming in to turn around because the employees have no idea what they’re doing. When I was approached I told him I wasn’t given a receipt and that I ordered a cheeseburger, 4 piece nugget and medium fry. He then searches through bags, asks me if I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon..no I did not. Asks me if I ordered a Big Mac.. no I did not. I then repeat my order to him. He found some bag that already had fries in it then made the rest of my order. They weren’t working on any of our orders and I don’t think they had any plan to. One gentleman was ignored when he asked for a manager… 3 times. The gentleman that was in front of me in the car line said that he was there for over an hour. I pulled in at 2:13 and left at 3:03. Read moreWent there tonight. Waited for 10 minutes in the closer drive thru line. Reached the order box was told by another customer in the other line that that order box wasn't working. No signs were posted outside the drive thru saying that the box wasn't working. I drove around the building and got back in the other drive thru line. Waited about 20 minutes in that line to order food. Meanwhile people in the other line that I just came from were now ordering food. Got to the second window and paid for my food. Received 2 chocolate milks and was told to pull up to the front of the building and someone would bring me out my food. Waited about 10 minutes in front of drive thru window because other cars were wrapped around the building so I couldn't pull up to the front. No one ever brought me out food. I decided to get back in the drive thru line to get a refund. I wasn't bringing my 5 and 7 year old kids inside Mcdonalds for a refund. I waited another 10-20 minutes in line again for the refund. The guy at the window told me he had to get a manger to do the refund. I could hear him talking about me asking for a refund and saying that he loved his job sarcastically. After he left the window a manger came over after about 5 minutes. She didn't apologize for me not getting my order. She then asked what I had ordered and started looking thru receipts. I could hear her saying something about my order being missing to the other employee. Then gave me my refund. It took over an hour for the whole ordeal. Read moreA family member and myself had stopped at this location on our way to a destination a few hours away from home. The drive thru line was extremely long and hadn't moved in 5 minutes so we decided to go inside to order. My family member stepped up to the counter as I proceeded to the restroom. When I returned, there were two more people standing in line behind my family member (who was still at the counter). I could see one staff member talking with an online-order customer and it was clear that their order was wrong. 5+ minutes later the other customer received their correct order. We all continued to stand in line....I asked my family member if they were waiting for our order....they said they hadn't even been helped yet. We all stood there for another 5+ minutes. No one came to the counter. The staff member we had seen before seemed to have disappeared, not to be heard from again. Those of us in line decided to leave and go elsewhere....4 of us. I understand that all businesses are low on staff....but the staff member did not once to say "we'll be with you in just a moment" or "thank you for your patience". Not a word. The customer is not always right but it should always be good practice to interact with...
