Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Cicero

On Saturday, October 19th, we had a birthday party at home for our 8 year old son. We had a gaming truck at our house for our son and his friends.

I called and placed a delivery order 2 hours prior to the time we needed the pizza delivered. Called this location to check on the order 30 minutes prior to our desired delivery time. I was told everything was almost done and would be out for delivery.

Long story short, the pizza was never made. Spoke with a female employee who advised me the order was on its way. She lied and much to my surprise, she hung up on me. I called back to have her hang up on me again. (I was not happy) and offended. Called again and spoke with a man who was a little more honest about the situation. They forgot our order and tried every way to mislead us without taking responsibility for the issue.

Called Little Ceasars and they had pizzas ready in 10 minutes. While I was gone picking up little Ceasars, dominoes had the nerve to deliver our order that was well over an hour late.

Domino's lied, decieved and had no remorse for a mistake in the order. The lack of professionalism and down right non existent customer service is the worst I've seen. I will never order...

Ordered and paid through the app as normal, it told me on the app to enter the store and pickup my order at the counter. Upon opening the door I was screamed at and told that I had to call them to inform them I was there for pickup and I could not enter. I apologized and tried to explain what the app instructions said but they did not care. They said “read the sign! It says call! You must read the sign!” All the sign on the door said was “dining area closed.” There was no instructions to call and inform them of a pickup. I got back in my car and called, I was instantly placed on hold. After a few minutes of watching them stand around by the counter, I hung up and called back. They answered this time and took my name and brought my order out. The “contactless” pickup consisted of them carrying my order out in a bag, they took the boxes out of the bag and placed them on the hood of my car. They were not wearing gloves. The boxes nearly fell off my hood but luckily I grabbed them in time. The person next to me was not as lucky. The boxes they placed on her car fell into the parking lot. She didn’t seem to mind, but I imagine most would...

I will not...

So I don't know what was going on at the store last night, but they had issues. Just to start this off I will say they made it right and corrected their mistakes. So ordered was thin crust with red sauce, cheese, sausage and pepperoni; hand tossed crust, red sauce, no cheese, ham, pineapple, and tomatoes. Small pizza with red sauce, cheese, pepperoni, peppers and onions(I think); 3 orders of knots(they are so yummy! What we got: small pizza was right....one order of knots...and the toppings of the large pizzas were reversed on the crusts. So we called and reordered just the thin crust with red sauce, cheese, sausage and pepperoni, and 2 more orders of knots....at no additional cost. What we got: 2 orders of knots Thin crust pizza with white sauce, cheese, chicken, banana peppers, red peppers, and onions. Called again, and after a long wait talked to manager again and got another thin crust with cheese, sausage and pepperoni. What we got: they got it right!, finally....an hour later, and 3 hours after our original order time. I guess everyone has a bad night. Pizza...
