Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Cicero

Placed a mobile order and when I got there with another women and after about 5 minutes we were never acknowledged, until she said something. I waited for 15 minutes while mobile orders placed after me went out. I got two drinks, while a person who ordered after me, with a carrier and breakfast sandwiches got her order be fore me. I finally got one drink and it took me at least 5 minutes to get someone to talk to me so I could get my last drink and she goes, "I made that one already where did it go?" They always mess up my coffee I have to check it before I leave. I always get a large French vanilla 6 cream 6 sugar and it's never the same and I have to tell them to stir it otherwise the sugar is all at the bottom because they put it in before the coffee. And if you want a plain bagel or a crocaint you have to be there before 8am because they will be sold out. I even tried to order a plain bagel with cream cheese in the middle of the week at 5pm guess what they didn't have any. My two girls are the ones that want them and I love 1 minute away so now I call and ask if they have...

They had nothing I wanted, they had no large or xtra large coffee cups, they only have plain or everything bagels, they always no matter which one I go to put my Boston cream donut in the bag upside down which ruins the frosting and to top it off I had to go back because they forgot to give me my muffin, so needless to say for the price they charge they would have better service, like I said its not just one a majority of the Dunkin' donuts mess up my order every time.
