My very first Dunkin' experience was in Watkinsville, Ga. Needless to say, I was not impressed. The joint was dirty, the donuts were stale and unimpressive. The only thing I did enjoy was the pistachio oat milk latte. After talking to some folks, you don't go to Dunkin' for the donuts, you go for the drinks.
We drive by a few Dunkins' on the way to my treatment. I wanted to give them another shot. Not all locations can be a bad as the one I first went to. So we stopped in today to get a couple things.
I stayed away from the donuts this time around. I decided on a egg and cheese wrap with a brown sugar shaken espresso oat milk latte. The nice gentleman got me all squared away. He was really kind! And he complimented me on my Hello Kitty purse which was really sweet.
My brown sugar shaken espresso oat milk latte was good. It probably could have used another pump of brown sugar. I like my coffee of the sweeter side. But you can taste the espresso, the oat milk and a hint of the brown sugar. My egg and cheese wrap was good. I liked the egg in it. The egg didn't taste like foamy cardboard. The cheese was nice and melty. The tortilla was a little hard from overheating it. And it's pretty small. But other than that it was a pretty good breakfast wrap.
I'm happy I gave Dunkin' another shot. I plan on trying other drinks while I'm around town. The hot breakfast sammys are clearly the way to go. We don't have Dunkin' in my neck of the woods so I look forward to getting a many drinks in a I can before...
Read moreI am allergic to bees and I walked in to this coffee shop and they had 8 bees flying around inside the donut display case (landing all over the donuts) and then I looked around and realized there were a minimum of 50+ flying around the store. I felt the need to leave immediately as I would have to be driven to the hospital if I got stung.(which would be a huge expense on my part in medical payments) I don’t see how they are allowed to be open with a clear and present bee issue inside this Dunkin’ location. (8010 state road 31, Bridgeport, NY 13030). The workers seemed to be used to working in these conditions with bees being everywhere as when they took food out of the display case they did it without a second thought and wasn’t surprised when a bee flew out at her. Seemed a little comfortable with the situation as if they have been dealing with this issue for a longer period of time. Seriously dangerous for customers who are severely allergic to bees and to be allowed to be open to customers inside until the problem is...
Read moreThis Dunkin is probably one of the worst I've been to. About 75% of the time my order is completely wrong which I could understand if they were busy but most times when they screw up my order it's empty in there. Most times the mistakes are minor like forgetting an addition to a sandwich or the type of cheese but sometimes the mistakes are so large and make no sense that I don't understand how they made them in the first place. I don't understand how orders can so consistently be wrong when they have the receipt containing every item on it. And I don't even order anything complicated. My most "complicated" item is a cold brew coffee with cold foam, oatmilk and hazelnut shots. I just want what I ordered and paid for and apparently that's asking this Dunkin too much. The only reason it gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because when they do rarely get the food right it's good and comes out quick. Plus one of the employees there knows me by name and she advocates for the customers when the...
