RUDE AND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! NEVER PLACE AN ORDER WITH SPRING VALLEYS LOCATION !!!!!!!!! If I could give something less than zero stars I would. I placed an order with the Spring Valley store and after over an hour of waiting and not receiving my order I called the store and spoke to someone I believe his name was Jamaal and then the MANAGER Herbert. They were EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful, hung up on me several times and refused to answer my phone calls and did nothing to rectify the issue. They sucked their teeth and HERBERT THE MANAGER can be heard saying yo just hang up on her put her on hold. They told me THEY messed up because someone called stating to cancel an order and they gave out MY address to a stranger and they said yes that’s the one, cancel it. Without ever calling me or asking the person what the address was they canceled the order. If I would have never called I would have never known about them cancelling my order. So how do I confirm that I was refunded my money ? I received no sort of confirmation that my order was canceled and that I will be returned my money. LASTLY, their manager HERBERT was like well I ain’t sending out no free food. No one was asking for free food so that statement was complete irrelevant. Clearly I had the money since I prepaid for it already. They assume everyone wants a handout for whatever reason and that’s not ok. I just want my money back so they don’t turn around and say they delivered my food because they messed up and Im out my money because of their mistake. Corporate needs to do something because they shouldn’t be getting away with this disgusting behavior. Definitely will neverrrrr be ordering Dominos again. RUDE & HIGHLY...

How can a store ask one person for I'd when using a credit card and not ask the person right behind you Only dominos I have ever went to that ask for I'd And let's be clear the cashier did not ask other customers for I'd I stood there and watch with my own eyes For the record I refuse to show I'd and will never show I'd Dominos would never request I'd in a area that didn't have black & brown people Sounds like a form of profiling For such a large corporation Amazing been a dominos customer since the 1980 And in 2019 spring valley dominos want to profile some of there customers And the store was pure chaos Orders was all mixed up on the shelf When I got to my family house our order was all mixed up PURE CHAOS very bad look for dominos corporation I dont live in the area so if anyone in the area experienced profiling by dominos pizza spring valley Please contact corporate By email Speak the truth Stand by the law

listen to this story, I call at about 10:30, its 12:06 and the food hasn't came, I have been looking at the reviews and never ordering here again, the service is bad, she hung up the phone when I was speaking mind and im sitting here like bro when is my food coming im hungry and its been close to 2 hours. Barley speaks english like for 3 years this has been happening and they don't fix there service or hire people who speak english? and the service for real hanged up the phone will I be getting my food? everyone is closing right now and im hungry like this is pathetic fix your place or close.
