I recently had a party at Sky Zone, and while the overall experience turned out great, it definitely started off a bit rocky. When I first spoke to a lady named Dominque, she never sent me any waiver requests or explained how anything worked. I was honestly really confused, and I didn’t receive my party favors either. It seemed like she didn’t really know what she was doing, which made the planning process stressful.
Thankfully, when I went in the day I dropped off my cake, I met Armelle, and she completely turned things around! 😄 She immediately sent me the waiver request and confirmation and explained everything clearly. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.
Also, I found out last minute that my party package didn’t include pizza, which Dominque never mentioned. Latisha (I think that’s her name) and Armelle jumped in right away and got the food out fast. Thanks to Armelle, Latisha, and David, my party ran smoothly and ended up being a great experience!
If it wasn’t for them, my party would’ve been a disaster. Huge thanks to the team that actually stepped up and...
Read moreI’m really disappointed with how this Sky Zone location is being run. It’s honestly one of the most unorganized places I’ve been to. Dominique and David, the managers, don’t seem to have any control over what’s going on. Every time I’ve been there, they look lost or unsure about how to handle even basic situations. It’s clear that communication and leadership are seriously lacking.
What’s worse is that the younger employees — the teens working part-time — are the ones actually doing all the work. They’re checking people in, cleaning, running the attractions, and dealing with customers while the managers stand around or seem completely disconnected. These kids are trying their best, but it’s unfair to put all the responsibility on them when management should be leading by example.
People really need to step up, because Sky Zone shouldn’t be left in the hands of inexperienced kids who are trying to make up for the managers’ lack of direction. The place could be so much better if there were stronger leadership and more accountability. Until that happens, it’s hard to recommend this...
Read moreI attended a party yesterday, and our hosts, Linsa (with long red and black braids) and Abby, were amazing! They catered to both kids and parents, kept the energy up, and made sure everyone had a great time. Linsa especially stood out — her enthusiasm during announcements was fantastic. Highly recommend her for any event! What ruined the experience was the manager on duty, Dominique. She seemed completely disconnected from her team — not helping, just wandering around while the young staff did all the work. I overheard her talking down about Abby over the radio for a small mistake that didn’t affect anyone, which was incredibly unprofessional. Later, she even criticized another employee in front of customers. Managers should be supportive leaders, not people who embarrass or discourage their staff. I’ve seen and heard similar complaints about her, and now I understand why. I’d love to come back because the hosts were great, but only if Dominique isn’t managing that day. Do...
