I waited 45 minutes for dinner, they were all hanging out behind the counter and no one showed up to my table to take my order

After a half hour I went to them asking why no one is coming to take my order?! So they took my order, then I had to wait another 15 minutes till my food was ready

Went here for my birthday with my parents, ordered the sea bass which comes with mashed potatoes, mistakenly did not ask if the potatoes were dairy (I was fleishig and also don't eat dairy), when I realized after one bite, I asked them and they were really nice about it, brought me a whole new plate with the fish, grilled veggies and noodles, and even offered a free dessert.
