They are ripping you off. Plain and simple. I have been here several times. I enjoyed the drinks, they were different, and had several different options. I really believe in supporting small and local business. Just not if they are shady and ripping you off.

The problem came several weeks ago. I purchased a drink, and, although it was listed at $4.75 on the menu, I was charged $6.23. I asked them why I was charged almost $1.50 more than posted, and they said it was a credit card charge. ($1.50 is a pretty steep charge for something costing less than $5, but I know many business add a fee due to credit card charges nowadays, so I let it go). The next time, the same thing happened, except THIS time, the employee told me it was a surcharge for extra syrup in my drink because I requested light ice. So, the drink is SO weak, that, if they put less ice in, they have to add more syrup?

And, there is a surcharge for extra syrup? That needs to be disclosed BEFOREHAND (legally), and that was a complete lie, because I didn't ask for light ice until AFTER he had charged and I paid. (And I paid in cash, so no credit card fee should have been charged). SO that was my SECOND experience of overcharging.

My THIRD experience came tonight. At this point, I was really just curious to see if it happened again. IT DID. THIS time, the girl said that the prices had been raised earlier in the week, and the manager had not yet changed the sign to reflect the price change yet. Again, 2 problems with this : This has happened mutiple time in the past 2 MONTHS, and The practice of changing prices, but not posting it, and then charging is ILLEGAL.

So, either the employees are doing something underhanded, or the management is telling them to do something underhanded.

Either way, I urge EVERYONE that visits this store to be aware of what they are doing (stealing your money). BTW, I asked for the manager's name/info, and the employee refused to give it to me.

It would be amazing if the Manager/Owner was able to explain dispatities, and inconsistencies.

In the meantime, I stand by my thought that this place is SHADY....

Thank you to Oswin for an amazing service, we apologize for running in 10 minutes before you close, but we've been dying to try this place for weeks!

We ordered the Decaf Dulce de Leche Latte Iced and the Almomd, Milk, Oats, and Peanut Butter Smoothie, and while we waited, I used their restroom which was just cleaned which made me feel good about their cleanliness, but again, sorry for coming in so late! Both tasted DEVINE and DELICIOUS 😋 Within a second of taking my first sip I was ready to turn back and get more! They had an assortment of sweets and meals we wanted to try but we did not want to inconvenience them.

We've tried coffee places similar to this and were expecting everyone to be angry or annoyed, but the 2 people completing our order were FANTASTIC! Very helpful and efficient in completing our order and we were very happy with the service. (Unfortunately, we did not catch the other employee's name who made our smooth, but he did fantastic as well)

We fell in love with the environment of the coffee shop. With so many unique designs and homey vibes, it almost felt inviting to stay a little longer 😅 their seating area is not limited to indoors but they also have outdoor seating on their patio.

We are definitely trying this place again while in the area, I hope the locals are supporting their local...

The large iced americano, which has 3 shots was served in a 24oz cup for $5.58. There was far too much water. the drink was extremely watered down and not drinkable. The next day I asked for the same drink, but just to be placed in a smaller 16oz cup, which is a little more typical of the water/espresso ratio experienced by many. I was charged $7.04 for this. For the same drink in a smaller cup. They claim that they charged me for a medium (2 shots) with an extra shot. They claimed it was impossible for them to ring me up as a large and put it in a smaller cup without charging me 21% more money.

So they gave me the exact same product, with less water, for $1.50 more. I asked for this to be rectified by emailing and calling and nobody would help me. I didn't even want the money back. I just wanted, in the future, to be able to pay a...
