Good day! My Kenmore washing machine wasn't working last weekend, so I set up an appointment and the tech was there in a couple of days. He quickly evaluated the machine, said what it needed and the price was fair. They needed to order the parts which is standard. I called Friday and asked what the status was. Joanne(very friendly), who answered the phone, told me the parts were due in on Monday and put me down for the repair on Tuesday, assuming the parts came in on time which they did. The worst place! I have given them many chances and over and over their products are used defective and just never in working order. My last item a stainless fridg I purchased was over a few months ago had it in my kitchen unopened until my kitchen was completed, plugged it in and would not get cooler than 50 degrees! Tried every setting trouble shooting, nothing helped. Called the store and they stated the warranty from them was up and nothing they could do or would do. We had a whole new kitchen renovation done and got a jenn air dishwasher. We had nothing but issues, jenn air sent out service techs but the dishwasher never fully worked well.
