Great experience from the moment you walk in the door until the moment you walk out. Everyone was so friendly and as a first time customer I felt very welcome. Maddy was great. We talked about what I wanted in terms of hi-lights and she offered several options and together we decided on what she would do. She took her time and I was very happy with the results. When it came to my haircut she did exactly as I asked. I will definitely be back. I have found my new salon and stylist!

Updated 11/3/23 - two years later and Maddy is still my girl. Since I have started going to euphoria hair gallery I ran into an issue with thinning hair due to a medical condition. Maddy told me when I was ready she would be with me all the way. When the time came we decided together to start with extensions. She explained all my options and that is what we chose. Maddy is amazing with them. She matched my hair color perfectly. As my hair thinning has progressed, maddy has been with me every step of the way trying different things. Not only does she take care of my hair, she takes care of me when I am feeling less confident. She handles everything with compassion and understanding. She is there in a pinch when I feel like I need a little extra something with my hair or just for a quick touch up. The salon is like a safe place where I might’ve walk in feeling self conscious and sad and I walk out feeling amazing. It’s hard to be losing your hair, even temporarily. Everyone at the salon is there to help. It’s like a family. Bella and Jordan are always there helping giving me little extras to make sure I am 200% satisfied. The new owner Sao has also made me feel so welcome. The salon is even more welcoming with the new owner. I can’t recommend maddy and the salon enough. Unbelievably disappointing bridal experience.

I found Euphoria Hair Gallery via local search and entrusted that they will make my wedding day as smooth and pleasant experience as possible, oh boy I was wrong. It took me 4 phone calls over the last 2 months to confirm, re confirm, ask for the contract because I haven’t received it (although I was told over the phone I should sign one) and finally call the day before May, 7th to confirm for the THIRD TIME appt for my future mother in law, sister in law and myself. I also received text messages with confirmations of the appt for each person. I was ENSURED we are all set. On May, 7th upon arrival we found out that 2 out of 3 of us cannot be seen , because it was a scheduling MISTAKE! I spent my time on the chair crying the whole time because the preparation and bonding time experience between my future family and myself on the day of my wedding was taken away from me. This is the worst service ever. I wouldn’t trust this company ever again. To the owner of this facility: I don’t care that you came to apologize claiming it’s a “human error” and not charging me for the service. I came to you because I was willing to pay for the party of 3 and I trusted your service. Do not bribe your clients, they come for the experience , to build the connection with the local shop and to support that local business. Went here feeling very confident, they seemed very nice and happy to take me on. While she was blowing my hair out, i felt very confident...until i looked in the mirror and realized a few flaws, i kindly asked if she could correct them and she responded with obvious annoyance. I left there unsatisfied, within a few hours my hair became very unkempt and it was even obvious that my roots had not been done properly (they were still curly). I’ve had blowouts before never ended up this bad within the few hours i got it, I had to take it upon myself to fix my hair. Definitely would not recommend if you have curly hair, she will NOT take the time to actually focus on your hair and make sure you leave her salon happy.

To add on: i was in no way annoyed, you were the one annoyed when i pointed out my hair was not straight. The damage to my ends were not what bothered me it was the fact that my routes were still curly if you had taken the time to read my review and assess everything that happened you would know that.
