Bowlicious Super Food Co. — Restaurant in Town of Colonie

First time Customer, Ordered off DoorDash, Put order in with 10 minutes remaining in the order window, Order was accepted, a Dasher was dispatched to to company... when the dasher arrived he was told they will not be making the order (mind you this was 20-40 minutes later when the order should have been ready) they then proceeded to cancel it on their end ... as a first time customer I will never return to an establishment that does not care about its customers.. they had the order prior to close but ignored it...

Spoke with DoorDash and they will be investigating this situation and possibly be making changes to when orders will be cut off as even to DoorDash this was not acceptable

as a company you lost a potential customer for life and I will make sure none of my friends and family order here

EDIT: So lie some more here is the receipt you cancelled on me and DoorDash is well aware, so much it’s funny that they already moved the time of last order on there site to avoid this from happening again…

I TRIED THIS PLACE TODAY 8/29 AND THE TWO YOUNG LADIES WERE VERY HELPFUL AND NICE TO ME.. I HAD NEVER HAD A ACAI BOWL BEFORE BUT ALWAYS WANTED TO TRY IT.. I'M ACTUALLY GLAD I DID BECAUSE BOY THE ONE I HAD WAS DELICIOUS AND HEALTHY.. MY FIANCE TREATED ME AND HE WANTED TO GO BACK AND BUY ME A SECOND ONE BECAUSE HE CAN TELL I ENJOYED IT AND I WAS QUIET.. 😂 I HAD THE ISLAND BERRY CRUNCH ACAI BOWL..
